"The Casa Esmeralda property is…"

The Casa Esmeralda property is beautiful and very conveniently located across the street from The Crab Trap. My family and I loved the house and used the pool/spa tub everyday and enjoyed the view! It was also great having 4 bikes to ride to the beach. The layout of the home was great as well, each bedroom upstairs has a balcony to enjoy. Almost everything about our stay was extremely positive! However there were a couple negative things worth mentioning: The fire pit had to be rigged in order to use, the furniture covers hadn’t been washed and were still dirty from previous guests, and the dining room chairs we all slightly broken in some way(all could still be used but they felt like they could break apart at any time and could be unsafe for older guests). These were the only reason we could rate the experience 5 stars, but with that said we would definitely stay in this house again and plan to!

"Inviting Place with awesome views and spacious living"

The place was very nice and ready for us. Plenty of towels and essentials. The bikes was a nice touch. The TVs were a little difficult to figure out with two remotes....success on a few and not so much on others....suggest one simple remote for each tv. The floors did still have some sand on them from the prior residents. All over pleased with the awesome views and spacious living and privacy in each of the sleeping quarters.

"Utopia Getaway"

Utopia Getaway - This property was as advertised with all of the high-end furnishings and touches. We would definitely stay here again and hated to leave it behind.

The only issue we had was the A/C went out the first night, but there were box fans available that gave some relief. A/C worked the rest of the stay. There are some cosmetic things that could be addressed (i.e. paint for wall scuffs, broken door stop in the main entry and a missing led fixture over the guest vanity bathroom. We only used the Master Bedroom, so it wasn't an issue.

5 Star made the check in/check out process very easy and their staff was very friendly and helpful! We will definitely use them again!!

"Wonderful week in an awesome beach house"

Normally, we cruise twice a year for vacations. Our cruise in October was cancelled with the COVID pandemic.
We decided to rent a beach house in Destin for the week in place of the cruise. We had an absolute wonderful time with our son, daughter-in-law and our two grandsons.
Out of the Blue was a wonderful beach house. Lots of room and a wonderful pool.
We enjoyed the beach and definitely enjoyed the pool. We spent many hours every day in the pool.
We will definitely do this again.

Five star has the best and most diverse range of properties. Their people work excellent with you. If you ever have an issue, they normally address it right away. Used them for many years and will continue to do so.

"We had a fabulous stay at Five O'clock…"

We had a fabulous stay at Five O'clock Somewhere. The house was fantastic for a large group. The covered areas enabled us to be outside even during some brief rain periods. The kitchen was perfect for the personal chefs we hired to make our time there more enjoyable. We got accolades from all our guests for a fantastic place for a large group. Right across the street to beach access as well. Star properties responded immediately to a few minor issues that were resolved in a quick manor!!!!!

"House was great"

Loved the house, everything was clean and walk to beach was closer than we all thought. Highly recommend heat for the pool in the fall. Customer service was great, called often to make sure things we had everything.

"Will use Five Star again"

Five Stare was easy to work with for reservations and pre-arrival communications. The house was clean and as great as we hoped for. The arrival day was a little disappointing in that we arrived early and knew that we had to wait for inspection before they could release the house to us. The inspector came and went, but it took another 45 min and 2 phone calls to get Five Star to "release" the house and let us go in. The inspector was rude and unfriendly...even just trying to say hello to him in the driveway.
Overall, I think I will use Five Star again for my rental needs.
