"Great service but a first week hiccup "
Great service, and really impressed with the set up and installation.
We had a couple of glitches within the first week which was a little disappointing, but I was assured it wasn’t down to the network. Working from home as well as not having a phone signal in the village meant that we heavily rely on a guaranteed service, and the first week was a little bit uncomfortable compared to a standard service from BT for all these years.
Saying that, the quality of service and the strength of the new signal is far outweighing a little hiccup.

Monthly price was one of the cheapest - equipment was free and very high spec with no setup cost. Line speed with fix IP address is great and customer service and tech support have been excellent

The services is fluctuating and unstable. And a sudden increase starting from October. I have only joined 1310 in less than 30 days and after got a mail of an increase in price
