"Still awaiting an exchange for damaged dress"

I ordered 4 bridesmaid dresses which are all different styles/sizes but the same colour. The dresses are all lovely, however one has arrived damaged (it has a noticeable pull on the chest). I took photos and emailed Ever Pretty the same day that the delivery arrived and they offered me an exchange but said I'd have to pay return postage. I pointed out that this is against my consumer rights as they sent me a faulty item. I requested a postage label be sent to me and was asked to provide a photo of the dress tag, which I immediately did. I have not had responses to any of my emails since. This has been going on for weeks, I have not been sent a replacement and I get married in 5 weeks. I'm now panicking as I have a bridesmaid with no dress, she is pregnant and will need time to have alterations done. Customer service has been shocking. Really disappointed as lovely dresses.

I’d give 0 stars if I could.
One of the worst companies for dresses. They encourage you to measure yourself and enter your measurements into the website and they tell you what size to order. I did that and the dress was absolutely huge on me, like a tent.
I emailed asking for an exchange but they didn’t have the size I needed, so I asked for a refund. I was originally told they couldn’t do a refund because it was a ‘final sale’ dress. I told them this was against the law and that I am entitled to a refund. They then proceed to ask me for loads of photos of the dress, the measurements of the dress, photos of a tape measure next to the dress 🙄 they sent all of this to the tailor who decided 5 days later that the dress was in fact too big and that their website in inaccurate and processed the refund. You have to pay for postage to send your items back. There wasn’t any form of apology. Would never buy anything from this company again.

"Amazing Dresses and Quality. "

I have bought over a dozen dresses and have been absolutely amazed at the quality and fit. Normally copious amounts of alterations are needed and these come in almost perfect for me. I’ve gotten many compliments on each dress and have sent so many of my friends. It’s a running joke we decide who is wearing which style of dress to each event.

"Refund process is awful "

I had to return one of my dresses as it didn’t fit. I’ve provided proof that it was received by them 6 weeks ago (you have to pay for special delivery - £9 for proof of postage and delivery) and yet I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve been told 3 separate times that it’ll be in my account in 3-5 working days, and every time I’ve had to chase it up because it never arrives. They’ve just told me “the system must have missed it” but honestly, how is that possible 3 times? It feels like they want to make it so difficult to refund that you just stop bothering and then they get to keep the dress and the money.

Beautiful dresses, but if there’s a chance you might need to return then I’d steer clear.

Edit 25th July - apparently leaving a poor review on here is the way to get their attention and prompt action. The refund was processed within hours and I’ve received it this morning. I also received a phone call to apologise for the service received… and to ask me to remove this review…

Actually the dress was really beautiful but I had to send it back. I had a little problem with my email but the assistance has been really comprehensive and nice to me.

"Overjoyed with my 6 bridesmaid dressses"

Just bought 6 bridesmaids dresses from this site. I used the sizes that was on the website not what the usual UK size as they were all different size ladies. I would say to go down a size still as they came up a little large, luckily with the belt that came with the dresses most couldn't notice.

I did have to send 2 back for smaller size and the customer service team were great. They responded to my questions quickly and arranged the exchange quickly. I posted the larger dresses on a Monday and by Thursday the new smaller dresses had arrived.

They fabric and quality of these dresses was far better than I imagined for the price.

"Retour impossible"

J'ai commandé 3 robes pour une occasion, je voulais pouvoir essayer et choisir. La qualité est assez bonne mais je souhaite retourner les robes non sélectionnées. Après 3 mails de demande de retour, aucune réponse. Aucun moyen de retourner les articles. Je trouve ça déplorable à l'heure ou d'autres sites proposent un retour simple et rapide. Je ne conseille vraiment pas ce site.
