I recently purchased a dress from Ever Pretty for £62, and I am thoroughly impressed. The quality of the garment is exceptional—it’s beautifully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The value for money is outstanding, and the dress looks even better in person than it did online. Additionally, the delivery was prompt, exceeding my expectations. I highly recommend Ever Pretty for their excellent products and efficient service.

"Returns process is a nightmare "

The dresses I ordered were lovely but unfortunately didn’t fit me so I needed to return them. The returns process is outdated and slow and they charge you a restock fee for each item you send back, which is as they pointed out in their returns policy, my ‘restock fee’ was £40! £40 spent and nothing to show for it, Lesson learned there, I won’t be shopping here again. My refund minus my £40 still remains to be seen and it doesn’t seem I’m the only person to have struggled with the refund process. Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering.

My experience was a little rocky at first, but after emailing someone from customer service about a message I received from the USPS that my package had been returned back to the company due to insufficient address on the package. When I reached out to customer service, they took care of my issue and have already resent my order to me. I will order from them again. Great customer service!

I can only describe the dress I ordered as, beyond my expectations. The color was vibrant, the fit was exactly what I wanted. Material was so comfortable. My Fiance' loved how it looked on me. Very classy looking.

I ordered a bridesmaid dress from Ever Pretty. It only took a couple of days to arrive and was really lovely quality. Couldn't find a fault with it. Unfortunately it didn't fit but customer service was extremely fast and helpful.

I ordered 3 dresses in order to have a choice for a wedding event shortly. They arrived swiftly and were the most glamorous, glorious plus size dresses I've seen in ages. They were well finished and true to size. Just lovely and will be back to look at more "everyday" garments soon. Thank you.
