"Bought this BEAUTIFUL dress and had to…"

Bought this BEAUTIFUL dress and had to send back first order because of sizing. Shipping of replacement one was super fast. I returned the size that didn’t fit but I did NOT follow the return process accurately (tracking info for return and receipt). Cleaning up my email I realized I never got a refund. It’s been since February and now it’s July. My inquiry email with customer service about refund revealed my error BUT the next email was giving me credited refund! I don’t know how that worked out but $50 is $50! Appreciate the Herculean efforts on my behalf. Kudos to Khalil, Richel & Eloisa who made this refund happen!

"Disappointed customer refund"

Initial delivery of prom dress was amazing could not fault them. Our issues came when we returned the dress as it did not fit. Cost of dress £58.99 but was refunded £50.14 why do this???? It even cost me to send back. Not impressed with the return service. Do not expect an answer to this disappointment as it seems only happy customers get a response

"DO NOT USE Not the customers fault. Now out of pocket"

I ordered 5 dresses 3sized 20 (too big), 2 sized 18 (one was too long) one dress size 18 was apparently made to order. However this was delivered the same time as the other dresses. This made to order dress was so much smaller than the other size 18. Extremely disappointed as the company refuses to even acknowledge the fact that the miss sizing could actually be a genuine mistake on their part. Refused point blank on a refund. All dresses will be sent back. I have no use of a dress that doesn’t fit me. Also such a pain having to contact to arrange returns, take forever to have a reply from the online chat. Would be so much easier to send a returns note with address inside the order. Lost faith in this company so won’t be ordering again neither will I recommend them. Also you have to send the items back tracking at the cost of normal postage. 5 dresses ain’t gonna be cheap. Hugely out of pocket!! Will never ever recommend to anyone❗️ ❗️

Beautiful dress but didn’t fit so I sent it back. Customer care was good. I would have preferred a returns label in the package rather than having to print it out as I don’t have a printer so had to ask my neighbour to print it.
Received my refund promptly.

I ordered two dresses, both in different sizes. They were standard sizes, not made to measure. Now ever-pretty are stating they’re made to measure and will not refund me any of my money. I am currently awaiting a response from them but am yet to receive one. I am not happy with this company and it seems their customer service is appalling. Don’t ever shop here!!

Ordered a dress for a wedding I’m attending. The dress was lovely but was too small. I contacted customer services who were extremely helpful and arranged for another size to be sent if I returned the other one. Very quick to respond and resolved very quickly. Would definitely use them again.
