Aboluter Müll, die Schuhe sind ein Hype und nichts anderes. Nach einigen Wochen fingen meine Cloudsurfer Schuhe an zu quietschen, was mitlerweile unerträglich ist.
Eine Schande für Schweizer Qualität und sehr entäuschend!

"Super bequeme Schuhe mit leichten Qualitätsproblemen"
Schuhe sind sehr bequem, habe seit ich die Schuhe (Mittlerweile 5 Paar) keine Knieprobleme mehr.
Zugegebenermaßen ist die Qualität der Schuhe unterschiedlich.
Mein erstes Paar war super, haben 2 Jahre gehalten bis das Innenfutter an der Ferse durchgescheuert war, ist aus meiner Sicht gut bei intensivem Tragen.
Die Cloudrock 2 waterproof sind nach einem Jahr leider nicht mehr dicht.
Ein paar schwarze ist an beiden Seiten das Mashmaterial beim kleinen Zehen durchgebrochen.
Beide Reklamationen wurden sofort bearbeitet und jeweils eine Gutschein gesendet.
Mein Fazit: dafür dass ich keine Kniebeschwerden mehr habe, nehme ich das umtauschen in Kauf.

"Crappy service"
I've ordered a pair of shoes last November 28. Never got them. Contact them straight away after receiving an ugly looking men shirt inside a big box which is supoosed to be my new shoes. Like everyone's experience... i got the bot then the constant back&forth emails with one of their customer support "on happiness". So much for happiness...more like maddening! Still no sign of the shoes. More promises made and still waiting. Good shoes very bad customer support. Never ever again!

Cyclon is horrible; don't fall for it.
I signed up for the Cyclon subscription, and the sneaker arrived while I was traveling. When I got home, I could no longer cancel my subscription, and I had to pay for at least 6 months of it.
The sneaker is poor quality; it looks like it's made of paper, and no cushioning or impact is absorbing; it would be better to run barefoot instead.

kundenservice on ist super schlecht. genau wie die schuhe selbst. meine schuhe giebschten von anfang an. ich habe den kundenservice kontaktiert. ich weiss bis heute nicht, ob die frau mit griechischem? vorname überhaupt existiert oder ob es einfach eine maschine war. kompliziert und hat immer wieder die gleiche standardantwort gemailt. habe dann aufgegeben und einfach nichts mehr gehört. natürlich keine entschädigung. ist wohl taktik, so mühsam sein, bis kunde aufgibt. da spart on also auch. das ganze war vor mehreren monaten. bin immer noch hässig.

I am extremely disappointed with the experience I had. The shoes I ordered went missing, and when I reached out to customer support, they were no help at all. Instead of offering a refund or a replacement, they simply told me to have future packages sent to a FedEx location for pickup. This is unacceptable, as I paid for a product I never received and got no resolution. I expected better service and accountability. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I am beyond disappointed with your company and how customer service on has provided. And unfortunately, I’m not the only customer that has been left in the dark. And it’s ridiculous how a company that makes 2 million dollars in revenue can be so laid back when so many of their customers are disgusted with the customer service.
It has been over 20 days, after multiple calls, emails and chats! Nothing has been done!!!! A waste of darn time and money for me!
If you can read the email that was sent by your worker, misleading me and lying to me. And he was not the only one, Editha, claimed that she has filed for an investigation for my package which was lost/stolen. I also spoke to someone else via chat on 12/20 that mentioned that the investigation was done and a refund has been filed for. NOTHING HAS HAPPENED! And the fact that I have to constantly reach out! You guys REALLY need to step up your customer service game. This is beyond unfair and you guys have constantly lied. One lie after another to your customers! I have been more than patient. Either give me a refund or find my sisters birthday present that I spent money on! Not only did you guys ruin the gift I got for her 20 days later and you have done NOTHING!
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I will be sure to never buy anything from you guys and to leave a terrible review that you guys deserve on every social media platform there is!
Read the emails, the messages from James and Editha. As well as the lady who spoke to me on 12/20 saying the investigation was done yday (12/19) and a refund has been filed for! You guys should really change your email address, “happiness deliverers” lol! I was also given a fake email address on the phone just now to your “supervisors”
Everyone stay away from this company! There are other shoe brands out there that are great and have amazing customer service!

Habe 2 Paar Schuhe von On gekauft. Angeblich sind diese Schuhe am 15.11.2024 geliefert worden. Habe aber keine erhalten. Mehrmals schon hingeschrieben, aber On antwortet nicht.
