Mein On Cloudrunner Waterproof 2 habe ich nicht wirklich viel getragen. Trotzdem quitscht er beim Laufen. Der Schuh kostete 220.- CHF und hat solch eine schlechte Qualität? Auf meinen Garantieantrag hin wurde mir ein 20% Gutschein angeboten…. Was für ein Witz!

Comodissime, ma durano lo spazio della garanzia. Nel tempo ne ho acquistate almeno 5 paia, che utilizzo solo nel we per camminare, durata massima 2 anni d dopodiché si dissolvono. Rottura della tela esterna su waterproof, rottura del tessuto interno tallone. Un disastro.
Guardi la ringrazio per la precisazione, ma sulla scarsa qualità dei materiali non avevo e non ho dubbi. Le potrei citare altri brand, ma evito, che utilizzo con le stesse modalità e soprattutto con gli stessi piedi e ovviamente da più anni, lo ripeto, solo per camminate nel we. Vi saluto e passo definitivamente ad altri marchi. Grazie.

On Schuhe vor einem Jahr und zwei Monaten gekauft, an beiden Schuhen der Stoff am kleinen Zeh kaputt. Laut Beurteilung der Reklamation wurden die Schuhe zu oft getragen. Wozu bitte sind denn Schuhe da? Zum hinstellen oder tragen. Super schlechte Qualität des Stoffes, was dem Hersteller hinreichend bekannt ist. Finger weg von diesen Schuhen. Preis Leistungsverhältnis passt einfach nicht zusammen. Nicht zu empfehlen. Ute

Die Schuhe lärmen beim Gehen wie wenn sich die Sohle lösen würde . Habe reklamiert und angeboten wurde mir ein 20% Gutschein beim nächsten Einkauf . Sorry aber glauben die wirklich ich würde nochmals Schuhe dieser Marke kaufen ? Ich habe noch 5 andere Modelle von ON und kann dadurch sehr wohl sagen ob das Geräusch normal ist oder nicht .
Nie wieder ON Schuhe weil der Kundenservice zum Schmeißen ist .
Das Angebot von einen 20% Gutschein ist eine absolute Frechheit, meine Schuhe um 230€ kann ich kübeln 😡😡
Lasse das ganze jetzt über den Rechtsanwalt abwickeln

"Absolutely the worst customer service…"
Absolutely the worst customer service and also quality ever. We ordered 2 pairs of hiking shoes for my partner that actually are so uncomfortable that we returned them straight away. 20 days later still no refund. Customer service doesn't care at all. £400 still awaiting us somewhere... Unbelievable. Would never ever order again and not recommend to anyone.Give us our money back ASAP.

"Worst customer service ever"
On could pissing me off. Order was not notified to me that it was lost or stolen and I had to call them and see where they were so after a month and a half I called them and finally told me it was lost it stolen and then on that same day I request for a refund and that day feb 5th I was not notified that there was an issue with the system so I didn’t get the refund. I just called them back and just told me there was an issue that happened. And still nothing came through my email. Order date December 30th 2024 today February 18th 2025
No response at all from them.

"Never received my shoes!!!"
I ordered a pair of shoes from ON. Have enjoyed every one of the 5 pairs I have owned. However….my last order was placed 4 weeks ago and I have yet to receive them. They have accepted the money I sent them. I called 855-433-6717 and spoke with a customer service person. Told them my problem and said that all I wanted was my money back OR send me another pair of shoes…..simple right?
They took my information and said someone would get back to me in 24-48 hrs. Well that didn’t happen. So I call again and spoke to a different customer service rep. This one said they would check the tracking status of the carrier (Federal Express). I said I could do that and have been doing that since the tracking number was provided by ON…..what could he tell me that I didn’t already know. He said that was his process. I relinquished and asked how long that would take for someone to get back to me….he said 5-6 weeks!!!! I am so frustrated with ON!! Am afraid to order from them again not knowing if I will get what I paid for.
I have read their responses to other customer complaints….they are so “vanilla” and have yet to read one saying how they would resolve (or resolved) their concern. Basically the gist of the many responses I have read is “Sorry you were inconvenienced” Ughhh!!!!

"Terrible service"
Terrible service, still waiting after they received my order back 22 days ago for my £470 refund. Have called customer services twice and both times have been told they will escalate the case and send me an email update the same day, but guess what no email received. ON where’s my money???
