While their marketing looks attractive the shoes are cheap garbage. Mine worn out at the toe in less than 6 months, developed an irritating and embarrassing squeaking sound and also ripped at the back inner heel which made them unwearable as it rubbed painfully. On customer service were useless and tried to blame this on how I walk - have you ever heard of being gaslit by a retailer ?? Absolutely bizarre. These must cost less than a dollar to make - do not waste your money

J'ai demande un échange d'une paire de chaussures qui a été livréé à un mauvais point relais, aucune notification, aucune réponse.
6 semaines plus tard on me dit que je n'ai pas droit à un remboursement, car j'aurais dû notififer le service client dans un délai de 21 jours alors que c'est le service client qui doit revenir vers moi et corriger ces erreurs.

"Worst customer service experience and…"
Worst customer service experience and client satisfaction. I have been trying to get my refund for more than 1 month and couldn’t get any proper response or solution from the customer service representatives whom I spoke with approximately 10 different customer representatives. I would not recommend online sales from this company.

"Where are my shoes that I ordered a week ago and already paid for?"
Just ordered a pair online on Feb 4th and now it has been one week since placing my order and all that is showing on the website is that the order has been received. When I have attempted to use the customer service chatbot, I get nothing.
I have ordered several pairs of On shoes from the website. This same issue happened last fall when I tried to buy a pair of shoes for my son. Ultimately, we never received and I had to request a refund.
Something is seriously wrong with the inventory system, order fulfillment, and they clearly don't want you to speak to a representative because you can't get one - your only option is a chatbot.
At $150 or more a pair, you should expect and you should receive a much better experience. These are the type of issues that cause customers to think twice next time they want to get a pair of shoes. There are better options out there, whether you think so or not.

It’s absolutely impossible to get in touch with a human being through customer service and it took almost a month before they gave me my money back from a refund. As of now, I haven’t even received the refund, but I’m hoping they will. I would recommend nobody to purchase anything from this brand. Worst customer experience ever.

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. Cannot find the answer in their FAQ and there is no way to ‘speak’ to a real person to tell you when (or if) your delayed order will arrve. Only a stupid bot that gives you the same answer “ i am here to help you blah blah blah”

"Squeaky Clown Shoes"
I received a pair of the cloudmonsters three weeks ago, from day one the squeak coming from the shoes made me feel like a clown in the circus. No matter the ground type the squeaking continued and got to the stage I wanted to return the shoes.
Customer service was contacted and the solution provided was to dry the shoes out and be wary of walking on polished surfaces - these shoes haven't been out of the house which negates the moisture problem and have been tested on several ground types. I wished I had read the reviews before purchasing however this is the first time I've ever been gaslit by a company.
The shoes obviously have design defects - just look at the reviews on here, reddit etc.

Der Stoff ist extrem dünn an der Seite von der Kleine Zeh!!!!
Beide sind kaputt.
Keine Kaufempfehlung !

I bought a pair of clouds and in less than a year the front part unglued. When I contacted customer support they said no refund it’s not a manufacturer defect.
Ridiculous for the price you pay not worth it!!!
