J’ai acheté une paire de On cloudsurfer next en septembre, après plus de 600km aux pieds, je dois dire que c’est une excellente paire de chaussure, confortable, dynamique, je trouve que c’est une paire polyvalente et vraiment agréable à porter.
Bien que le prix soit élevé, je ne regrette en rien mon achat et je viens de faire l’acquisition de la cloudsurfer trail qui est vraiment dans le même ADN (pour la trail, confort, mais limite dans les sections très boueuse, elle a tendance à glisser).
Je n’ai pas la vision sur toutes leurs chaussures, mais je suis très satisfait de ma surfer Next.

"Teurer Schuh, schlechte Qualität."
Jetzt ist Schluss. Meine Tochter hat 4, meine Frau 3 und ich auch 3 Paar on running.
1 Paar meiner Tochter und 2 Paar meiner Frau sind schon aufgerissen (seitlich bei der kleinen Zehe). Meine Nachbarn haben ähnliche Probleme mit diesem Junk Schuh. Für diesen Preis erwarte ich mir mehr Qualität.
Auf jeden Fall wird keiner mehr gekauft, nicht weiterzuempfehlen.

"Verarbeitung Mangelhaft"
Cloud 5 der zweite on Schuh der mich nach wenigen Einsätzen im stich lässt. Zudem das er bei jedem Schritt raschelt löst sich nun nach etwa 20km Spaziergang die Sohle am Fersen beginnend ab. Für mich steht der Preis von über 200.- in keinem Verhältnis zur Leistung.

I ordered a pair of shoes and they were recorded as delivered but never arrived. I was told I had to fill in a form for an investigation to be launched. Very much making their problem my problem

"Absolutely terrible experience. "
I tried to pay with both the gift card and my credit card, but the split payment didn’t work at all, and it charged only my credit card with the full amount. After two days of emailing back and forth and sending screenshots, I still haven’t received any meaningful response from customer support. I ended up wasting way more time than this issue was worth and still got no solution. Totally unacceptable. I will not be shopping with On again.

I bought my first pair ON shoes and really liked the style.
I’ve only worn them about 10 times and they have started to squeak when I walk, so loudly that it’s embarrassing to wear them.
Customer service was useless - they suggested I try walking on different surfaces. What does that even mean? I only wear them in my house on a carpet?
They are not fit for purpose and at £150 for them it’s an utter disgrace, they are not fit for purpose and I've only had them for under three weeks! Now I have a nearly new pair of shoes that can’t be worn anymore.

Ordered a pair of shoes the shoes ripped with little wear on claim to have a 1 year warranty but I put my warranty claim in they just declined it with no explanation and have not responded to my email very bad customer service and very bad quality shoes and overpriced would not

"Don't expect help"
On two separate orders, I've dealt with the squeakiest shoes I've ever owned (they refused to help because too long had passed between purchase and the time I reached out -- but it was a problem from the start). And then I had a return, with two pairs of shoes returned in the same package. One was refunded relatively quickly, the other, I've been waiting more than a month for. They keep telling me, despite multiple times reaching out, that it's in process. But why would that be, if they came in the same package together? On top of that, I tried to use a promo code on the order, which should have worked but didn't. So I ordered anyway, then reached out to customer service to have them refund the difference. They refused, saying I had to receive the shoes, then return them, then re-order a new pair with the promo code. What an incredibly inefficient, and unhelpful company. I've had quite a few of these interactions with them, and none of them have been helpful.

I had high expectations for On shoes, but unfortunately, their customer service completely let me down. I encountered a clear defect in my right shoe, which put uncomfortable pressure on my foot, while the left shoe fit perfectly. I reached out to their support team, hoping for a resolution, but they never addressed my concern. Despite multiple attempts to get help, they failed to provide a solution or even acknowledge the issue properly.
For the price and reputation of this brand, I expected much better quality control and customer support. Sadly, this experience has made me reconsider ever purchasing from On again. If you run into a defect, don't expect them to stand behind their product.
