Die hohen Preise sind keineswegs gerechtfertigt.
Hab diverse verschieden Modelle gekauft und kein einziges hat mich überzeugt. Besonders die Verarbeitungsqualität und Lebensdauer ist absolut das letzte.
Zudem bekommt man vom Kundendienst null Reaktion wenn man sie Anschreibt.
Der Grössenwahn und Geldgier ist wohl Ihr grösster feind.

"Do not order from OnCloud-Running online!"
Be very careful if you decide to do business with OnCloud-Running online. Their customer service is crap.
1) Don’t accidentally mistype your email address when creating an account. You can’t change it and neither will they. Therefore you will not get their email correspondence. 2) be prepared to wait up to 2 weeks or more for a refund once they receive your item back to their warehouse (so that could be 3 weeks or more with ship time). I returned a pair of pants I got for Xmas (which were late bc they didn’t send them in the right box). On received the return 1/2 and I’m STILL waiting for the refund. Today is 1/13. 3) if you change your mind once you place an order their “Cancel order” button does not work. And if you call right away before the order has even been prepared for shipment the agent will not contact the warehouse. The order has to be shipped out and returned back to the warehouse therefore taking order preparation time, and ship time from/to warehouse before a refund/exchange can be made. Note time it takes for warehouse to initiate refund above (up to 14 days or more). This is a total waste of time when it didn’t need to leave the warehouse at all. 4) be VERY careful using a single use promo code provided by OnCloud bc if you use that promo code on an order you return you cannot use that same promo code again and they will not issue a new one to place a new order. Therefore your promo code is flushed down the toilet. This particular code wasted was from another order that got messed up and arrived late. The promo code was for 30% so not being able to use it on a new order was extremely frustrating so I decided not to place a new order at all. 5) the customer service agents will not let you speak to a “higher up” as they call them in the event of the agent consistently repeating themselves but not actually resolving anything. They will placate you and agree with why you’re frustrated but nothing gets fixed.
It has been my experience with just 2 orders that I will not be shopping with the company again. This has NOT been “happiness delivered” in the least. Although I love the pair of OnCloud shoes I purchased from a different store (and hoped to try a pair of pants and another pair of shoes) ordering directly from them has been absolutely terrible and I do not recommend dealing with them directly.
UPDATE: as of 1/30 I still have NOT heard from On regarding this review or issues with this order. I still have NOT received a refund for a different order (referenced in this review) they received back on 1/2. A month and still no refund issued?! My experience with them on 2 different orders that needed returned has been atrocious. Never again On. You’ve lost me and my family. Get it together

Ich habe ein Paar On Wanderschuhe die von Anfang an nicht wasserdicht waren (obwohl sie es sein sollten). Habe nicht reklamiert, weil ich die Rechnung nicht mehr hatte. Was noch dazu kommt, dass dies die rutschigsten Schuhe sind, die ich jemals hatte. Bin zweimal damit gestürzt. Und das bei Schuhen die über 200€ gekostet haben. Nie wieder!!!

"Squeaky shoes"
After less than 2 months of use (walking only), both shoes are squeaking like crazy and when I made a warranty claim, they replied with a nice ready made paragraph explaining why squeaking is to be expected and how they cannot do anything about it. They actually advised me to put newspaper in the soles! That's just madness for shoes that cost £160+
However, when I asked how come any other shoes I have owned have never squeaked before, they were just silent.
I would not recommend this company as they are very expensive and with expensive products you should have a good product but a great customer support as well, which is not the case.
As a a result, continue buying the other well-established companies whose shoes at least do not squeak!

"Non-existant customer services - avoid at all costs"
Ordered two pairs of trainers - only received one. Notified On Running by phone on the day of delivery and advised I'd receive an email follow up.
3 days on and no response, I emailed and got an auto bot response. Followed up on this and 11 days on still no response from a human, no replacement or refund offered - simply non existent customer services.
Have now had to go via credit card charge back to try and claim the money back - simply not worth the hassle. Do not order.

"I ordered Cloudtrax Waterproof"
I ordered Cloudtrax Waterproof, which was a bit smaller, so I requested a larger one. The larger pair was delivered quite fast but had a production defect, it is small but still, this is not what you expect from that price category. Support is not responding. So I would recommend buying from some reliable well-known brand.
UPD Answer:
But why should I make a warranty claim for unused shoes? I've received it with the defect and haven't used it waiting for the response from support! I still have time(less than 30 days) to return them but I can't!

"Quietsch, quietsch, quietsch..."
Hab insgesamt 2 Paar On Running Schuhe, einmal die Cloud X und einmal die Waterproof. Diese elendige Quietscherei von der Sohle bei der kleinsten Nässe treibt mich bei jedem Spaziergang in den Wahnsinn und dann das ständige Rumgeklapper, weil wieder ein Kieselstein in der Sohle klemmt... Die Waterproof sind zudem noch bockhart und wahnsinnig unbequem. Die Cloud X sind wenigstens sehr bequem und gefallen mir optisch sehr gut.
Habs jetzt ein Jahr damit probiert und jetzt fliegen die Dinger in hohem Bogen in den Müll und es war sicher das letzte Paar.

"I bought a pair of Cloudrock 2…"
I bought a pair of Cloudrock 2 waterproof boots less than 3 months ago for £189.99. They let in water through the soles so are completely useless to me in the current climate. When I took the insoles out of the boots there was a visible pool of water sitting in the base of each boot. The laces kept coming undone when walking which was a bore but the boots were comfy so I put up with that until my socks were getting soaked and discovered the water ingress.
Customer services were very quick to respond to my warranty claim and offered me an online voucher to buy another pair (which are more expensive and i am not prepared to pay more) BUT if you purchase another pair by redeeming their voucher you forfeit any warranty. So if you have a problem with the next pair there is no guarantee protection. They operate under Swiss law so buyer beware. Three people I know who have these boots also told me the waterproof protection has gone on their boots but were just out of warranty so couldn’t do anything about it.

"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER"
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! They cancelled my order, didn’t even bother to tell me until a month later! I talked to so many representatives no one was able to help the supervisor also was unable to do anything! I did not get my refund and they are so frustrating. If i was the owner and CEO of this company I would be angry if I found out my customer service was running this way but clearly they do not seem to care. They will never get my business again, those shoes aren’t worth it.
