Ich habe bis heute, 6 Monate, weder mein Geld noch meine Schuhe erhalten.Ich bekomme auf Nachfrage auch keine Antwort

Top Schuhe, sehr angenehm zu tragen 👍, vorallem ohne die Schnürsenkel. Ich liebe die Schuhe, tolles Design und es gibt direkt im Shop immer wieder tolle Rabatte.

"Cloud-x-Schuhe quitschen"

Ich habe vier cloud-x-Schuhe gekauft zu unterschiedlichen Zeiten und alle fingen irgendwann an zu quietschen. Die Schuhe sind zwar richtig bequem aber das quietschen geht einen richtig auf den Keks und eigentlich kann ich damit nicht mehr laufen da ich nur noch das Quietschen höre. Das war bis jetzt bei jedem der vier Schuhe so. Sie quietschen auch nicht von Anfang an sondern das kam erst später war nach einem halben Jahr mal nach einem dreivierteljahr mal nach einem Jahr und ich weiß bis heute nicht was ich dagegen tun kann. Im umkehrschluss bedeutet das für mich und meine Familie dass ich keine on Schuhe mehr kaufen werde. Schade, denn sie waren sehr bequem.

"I'd give zero starts if I could"

I'd give zero stars if I could. I have ordered about $1400 worth of shoes from their website for about 10 shoes. I kept 2 pairs and returned the rest. I waited weeks for my refund. Called over 50 times. Every time the customer service agent starts by making some stupid excuse about why the refund has not been issued, sending me an email and saying that I should expect the refund in 204 business days. I kept waiting and nothing. My credit card started charging me for interest.
At some point, they stopped responding to my emails. I'd receive a stupid apology email every two weeks - but not my money.
I ended up disputing the charge. Absolutely horrible experience. Extremely frustrated with this company. DO NOT order from their website, get their shoe in-store if you like their product.

"High price, low quality"

Have had several shoes from On Running because of the design and comfort, but I've bought my last pair: The quality is not worth the high price. My last pair lasted 6 months being used for walking 2 days a week. The shoes have a tendency to make a squeaking sound that is very annoying.

I wrote to their customer service that I was unhappy with the quality (not to get my money back) and received a pretty unprofessional reply that 'their hands were tired' and that they only dealt with my mail as an act of goodwill. They did, however, offer me a 20% discount, which honestly is less than I can find online.

The high price, the very low quality and their arrogance and lack of interest in their customers experience with their products have made me buy my shoes elsewhere for the future.

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER"

I ordered a pair of 10.5 running shoes, and figured it would be an easy exchange for a size 11. I waited 12 days from when FedEx said the exchange had been delivered back to On-Running's warehouse. I called again, and they said it would likely take 21 business days for me to get the exchanged pair. What kind of customer service is this? Absolute garbage - and they don't care whatsoever. Don't waste your time here. The event I needed the shoes for is already passed. Sure, I'll get the shoes mid-February at this point....cool....

"I was very disappointed with the…"

I was very disappointed with the quality of my running shoes. After only a few weeks I had rips at the seams which defeated the purpose of having waterproof trainers. The laces were so impractical as well, way too thin and kept coming undone. I had high expectations but I was so let down

"Qualität und menschenverachtende Produktion"

Ich habe mir als ehemaliger Leistungssportler wegen meinen Rückenproblemen ein On Schuh gekauft und konnte mein Rückenleiden minimieren. Beim zweiten und jetzt dritten Schuh stimmt die Qualität überhaupt nicht, das dünne Netz am Oberschuh reist nach kurzer Zeit. Ich werde keine On mehr verkaufen auch wegen den Menschen verachtenden Herstellung in den Fabriken von Vietnam. Das Management um Roger Federer kassiert alleine 140 Sfr. pro Schuh bei Herstellungskosten von 10.50 Sfr.

"I got the Cloud 5 for Christmas from my…"

I got the Cloud 5 for Christmas from my daughter in law, wore them 3 days and got a big hole in the top of the mesh on the left shoe, then on the 5 the day wearing them got a hole in the same spot on the right shoe. These shoes are very comfortable but not worth 150.00 to only last 3 days. I was so upset. The company said we will replace them one time only because it's not our fault. I work at a hospital and several coworkers shoes have done the exact same thing. I would never pay that for shoes for only 3 days wear. It's ridiculous and the company doesn't care.

"On Cloudflyer 4 stinkt"

Hallo,
Ich habe mir den neuen cloudflyer 4 von on gekauft,da ich abgesehen von den bekannten Probleme des cloudflyer (Steine und Verarbeitung) sehr gute Erfahrungen hatte und diese Probleme durch einen größeren Zwischenraum in der Sole und andere Naht oder Materialien verbessert wurde.

Leider kommt jetzt aber ein noch größeres Problem.In den letzten 3 Monaten habe ich den Schuh ca. 3 mal die Woche für ca 2 std im Fitnesscenter getragen und schon nach ein paar Tagen hat der Schuh einen sehr unangenehm Geruch angenommen und trotz Behandlung mit Sprays oder Desinfektionsmittel bekomme ich diesen immer wiederkehrenden gestank nicht aus dem Schuh.

Ich hatte im laufe der Jahre viele Laufschuh die teilweise täglich im Gebrauch waren aber soetwas entäuschendes hab ich noch nicht erlebt. Bei einem Preis von 180 Euro ist das ein absolute Katastrophe und somit kann ich keine Kaufempfehlung für diesen eigentlich guten Schuh abgeben.


Nachtrag

Trotz Email an den online Händler über den ich diese Schuhe bezogen habe ,noch die angekündigte Email von ON habe ich bis Heute Sep.2024 keine Nachrichten erhalten.
