Many thanks for your response on the 12th of January. Unfortunately I still have not been contacted. That was 11 days ago. I have returned the shoes to the shop more than 2 months ago. This is not acceptable.

"Terrible experience with On"

I’m not sure what the problem is with On. Customer service? Their system? I returned a pair of shoes & a top. I requested an exchange of the shoes. The items were received at their warehouse on 12/29/23. Almost a month later I have yet to receive the shoes or a credit for the top. I’ve called almost every week and get numerous excuses and empty promises.

Stay away from this company!

"3 Paar, alle Kaputt innert 6-9 Monaten"

Hatte 3 Paar On-Schuhe.
Alle kaputt nach 6-9 Monaten.
Habe sie lediglich im Alltag / im Büro getragen auf Teppichboden.
Trotz dem, dass ich ab dem 2. Paar immer einen Schuhlöffel benutzt habe, gingen alle hinten Kaputt (Löcher) und die Waterproof sogar vorne (ebenfalls Löcher).

NOCH NIE hatte ich Schuhe, die so schnell kaputt waren. Sogar Dosenbachturnschuhe für 20.- halten länger :/

"Fehlende Garantieleistung"

Hallo,

Ich muss leider auch eine schlechte Bewertung abgeben, nicht weil die Schuhe unbequem sind, sondern eher wegen dem Kundendienst bzw. Der nicht vorhanden Kulanz.

Meine Schuhe quietschen sehr laut und das mach ca. 2 Wochen in Gebrauch.

Dies gilt nicht Garantiefall und mir wurden Gründe dafür genannt, was alles keine Garantie ausläuft.
1. Schuhe sind nass
2. Bodenbelag quietscht
3. Ich bin zu fett
4. Ich habe einen Lauffehler

Und zu guter letzt, das Highlight

5. Ich soll die Schuhe einpudern

Ich denke ihr stimmt mir zu, dass dies alles keine Gründe für quietschen sein dürften speziell einer premium Marke.

Vermutlich hatte ich nur Pech bei diesem Paar.

"Service und Qualität nicht zufriedenstellend"

Guten Abend, leider weisen meine Schuhe nach nicht nur 4 Monaten Mängel auf. Das Netz an den Zehen war voller Löcher. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Support kam nach 7! MAILS keine einzige Antwort. Ich bin ziemlich enttäuscht vom Produkt und vom Service

"Drei Paar / alle kaputt"

Habe bisher drei Paar gekauft. Keines hat länger als ein halbes Jahr gehalten. Vom gerissenen Obermaterial bis hin zur undichten Sohle oder zur kaputten Ferse war alles dabei. Einfach schöner Plastikmüll …

"Terrible customer service"

Recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes with On Cloud...after over a week they told us they were having issues with incoming orders...but not to worry. Afew days later we got an email saying they cancelled our order because of lack of sizes & here is 10% off, which is a joke as 1 of the pairs we ordered was on a good sale. This is completely unacceptable. What's worse is there is no way to email with our issue...everytime they respond it on a no-reply email.

"I’ll never ever order on cloud shoes…"

I’ll never ever order on cloud shoes again! The first time I ever ordered on cloud shoes I ordered through a third-party website received my shoes quickly, and was extremely pleased. For my second pair, I decided I would just purchase through on cloud directly and was pleased to find a good sale available for the shoe I wanted exactly. I ordered it paid order and waited for my item. it was estimated to have shipped and delivered to me within a week however, two weeks later now after being told it would ship a few days ago I’ve received an email stating that they won’t be able to send me my item and that no funds were deducted from my account however, I am absolutely positive. I witnessed $90 withdrawal from my account to pay for that order so now I’m in a fight with on cloud for my money back, and they don’t have to worry about dealing with me again because they will not get another chance to do so this is so pathetic. And what they gave me to try to “make up for it “ a whopping 10% off my next order. Edit it’s two weeks later and on cloud STILL won’t give me my refund!! Do NOT BUY

"etikettenschwindel und überteuert"

on lässt seine schuhe zu einem stückpreis von 18 euro in billiglohhnländern wie vietnam herstellen und verkauft sie in aller welt für bis zu 230 euro. auf den völlig überteuerten sneakers prangt völlig zu unrecht die schweizer flagge und sie suggeriert dem käufer eine swissness, die hier zu 100% nicht gegeben ist. zudem ist die qualität der on-schuhe im vergleich zu den konkurrenzprodukten in keinster weise wettbewerbsfähig. deshalb hände weg von on-produkten. auch wenn federer dafür wirbt - ein kauf lohnt nicht.

"Qualität gegen Null"

Ich muss leider auch meine negative Erfahrung preistun.
nach einem halben Jahr ging die Sohle ab.
Nie wieder
Preis und Qualität stimmen einfach nicht.
Ich würde es niemanden weiterempfehlen.
