Après 5 matchs en compétition de tennis je peux déjà jeter mes chaussures ON pro Federer.
A 200€ la paire il faudrait en acheter beaucoup pour tenir une année.
Je ne recommande vraiment pas.

My shoes were delivered with a stain on top I emailed, called and chatted online and was assured I would be contacted
I then got a email asking me about my satisfaction with the resolution. There was no contact with me other than my efforts. I love ON shoes and and terribly disappointed in customer service experience. I’m returning and will try a different brand (I own 4 pair of ON, no more ordering online)

Hello so I have purchased three pair of trainers from on running and have decided to return them due to my feet were too wide. I returned my items and was delivered back to the warehouse on 23 march 2024. I have them contacted after a month as I must’ve believed that surely my refund should’ve been processed by now. I contacted the customer service and was told to sign a form and provide proof of postage and then a refund will be arranged. I have provided all of the information and I am now being being ignored and consistently being told to wait, I have contacted numerous times through live chat, call and email and I’m honestly just annoyed and would like my money back

They do not deserve even 1 star. I placed an order 4/30, paid extra for express shipping with an estimated arrival date of 5/02. On 5/06 they still had not shipped. I both called and used the online chat to request that they cancel the order and refund because they missed the shipping dates and I was leaving town for business. They refused and said that the item had to ship, yet they would not tell me a date to expect that. It is now 5/13 and the item has still not left their facility, and they have already processed the charge to my credit card. Absolutely the poorest customer service and buying experience! I thought that ordering direct from the company would be better than going through a dealer and I was completely blown away with how poorly they treat their customers! I feel the next step is to dispute the charges with my credit card company.

Die Schuhe sind sehr bequem, aber leider lösen sich an mehreren Stellen die Nähte nach nicht mal 3 Monaten

I bought 2 pairs in January 2024 and maybe two months of rotating them each day they both started to squeak loudly. Their shape and overall materials start to breakdown unusually fast. No use trying to go through warranty as you can see 100s of terrible reviews on here. DO NOT BUY ON CLOUD SHOES

Anfangs war ich sehr begeistert vom Trage-und Laufkomfort und habe mir gleich 3 Paar Cloud 5 gekauft. Leider haben sich die Schuhe, nach 1/2Jahr täglicher Benutzung, „aufgelöst“.
Obermaterial eingerissen, Sole verschlissen.
Trotzdem habe ich mir ein weiteres Paar bestellt.
Da die Elastizität der Sole aber viiiiel härter wie bei meinen bisherigen Schuhen ausfällt (????), habe ich sie gleich wieder zurück geschickt.

My order has been stuck in their warehouse way past the delivery date and there was no communication from them until I contacted them myself. After speaking with them they simply just said they are experiencing delays and will ship them when they can. Such bs company and terrible customer service. I will suggest people to not buy from them.

I will never buy anything from these clowns again. Not only are the customer service people utterly useless and basically lie to get you off the phone but they use purolator who couldn’t deliver an egg if the chicken was already laying it.
