"Updated review: problem solved "

The customer service was very poor. Two months ago, I purchased four items with next-day delivery, but received only two. Despite several calls and emails, they kept promising to expedite the process, yet no refund has been processed after two months. Although I previously loved the brand and owned many of their running clothes and shoes, this experience has pushed me to switch to another brand. The service provided was disappointingly uncharacteristic of the 'Swiss' quality I expected.

Update: The On team reached out to me shortly after, and they processed my refund right away. It appears I was initially unfortunate to connect with a less responsive representative. However, the person I spoke with afterwards resolved my issue quickly. I’ll give On another chance.

"Früher war’s besser "

Ich bin mittlerweile Besitzer von ca 20 Paar ON‘s . Ich benutze sie als Alltagsschuh. In den Anfängen als die Clouds rausgekommen sind waren wir wirklich begeistert von der Optik . Mein Favorit waren immer die Cloud 70/30 . Die gibt’s leider nicht mehr . Nachdem die cloud 5 rausgekommen sind hab ich mir keine mehr gekauft . Meiner Meinung nach werden die Schuhe immer hässlicher . An den cloud 5 ist irgendeine Veränderung die den Schuh optisch nicht so gut aussehen lassen .
Wenn das irgendeiner von on liest , dann bitte ich euch geht doch zu den Anfängen zurück oder holt den Designer retour . Wenn ich per Mail eine neuvorstellung präsentiert bekomme stellts mir oft die Haare auf . Änderts was bitte !!! Momentan bin ich eh versorgt , weil ich einige von den alten clouds und die 70/30 doppelt gekauft habe . Gottseidank 🙏😅

"Schuhe quietschen bei Nässe, Reklamation abgelehnt"

Ich habe im November 2023 die teuersten Schuhe gekauft, die ich jemals hatte.
Nach einem Monat hat der rechte Schuh bei Regenwetter begonnen laut bei jedem Schritt zu quietschen. Auch wenn es trocken wurde, hat das Quietschen noch mehrere Stunden angehalten. Die Reklamation der Schuhe wurde abgelehnt, weil quietschen bei Nässe normal wäre und trocken gäbe es ja kein Geräusch. Seit wann quietschen Schuhe und das ist auch noch normal.
Lieber On Hersteller verarschen kann ich mich selber und muss keine 179€ dafür ausgeben.
Ich lege keinerlei Wert auf eine Antwort oder Stellungnahme der ON AG!

Buy a pair only if you are happy to bin them in a few months time.
Bought a pair of “cloud hi” back in august 2023, I have been wearing the shoes on odd occasions - on smooth, flat surfaces like office, pavement and shopping centres (also you can’t wear them on wet surfaces as they are slippery as hell & squeaky - no thanks to weather, we don’t have much freedom to enjoy these in the UK). I have been noticing that underneath the shoes, a section of the heel area has been wearing off unevenly compared to the rest of the outer-sole on both shoes - one of the large grooves that you get to notice is just melting away quicker than the other grooves…getting frustrated because the section that has been wearing off shouldn’t even touch the ground as often as the rest of the sole when I am walking…unless I am tilting my toes and the feet upwards and dragging this part of the heel on the ground (which is not even possible - I tried). Somehow this section is just melting away. Sent an email to “happiness delivery” team and I was told that this is normal wear and tear hence no help. A few emails exchanged since to explain my frustration and to understand their argument (all I am getting is that this is a normal wear and tear but no explanation when it comes to no obvious wear and tear signs on the rest of the outer-sole). As a good will of gesture, they offered 20% then 30% discount vouchers - nice - but if they have no confidence in their shoes (as they are saying, it is ok for outer-sole to melt away in a few months time) why should I spent another £150 to buy another pair for 6-7 months? Not spending another £ on their product…hence think twice before buying a pair!

So I bought a pair of Roger Advantage in black for £130 to simply wear around the office at work because they look quite smart. I have owned them for 7 weeks now and used them a maximum of 20 times and there is signs of white colouring coming though.

I simply have worn these SPORTS trainers to walk from the car into an office and when I put a claim in On have advised that it is expected wear and tear……after a handful of times of wearing them. Apparently it is typical with friction on black shoes and they can’t do anything to help.

I would expect £130 would get you a good enough quality pair of trainers that you could wear them around an office without fading. How bad would they be if I actually used them for exercise which they are designed for?

Absolutely stunned by how poor the quality of these trainers are and the response from On basically saying this is expected with their trainers so nothing they can do. They clearly set their standards really low so be warned not to buy from them. Go and buy from your regular brand and guarantee the quality……

I bought the White cloudmonsters and I found out that the fabric once gets dirty it will never be cleaned. I tired all short of products still the shoes were never cleaned. The stains which are normal stains ( no oils, alcohol or whatever...) are impossible to be removed....
Its the first time.w I regret buying a pair of sneakers....

"Mehr Schein als Sein..."

Ich habe hohe Anforderungen an die Qualität eines Schuhs, für die der Hersteller 150 € und mehr aufruft und sich als neuer Messias des Sportschuhs feiern lässt. Leider erfüllt der Hersteller die Anforderungen eines in Asien billig produzierten 150 € Produkts nicht ansatzweise. Swiss-Made interpretiere ich anders. Neben den schon mehrfach beschriebenen Mängeln im Netzgewebe im vorderen Fußbereich, reißt das Gewebe auch im inneren Bereich der Fersen und das nicht nur bei meinen eigenen Schuhen, sondern auch bei denen meiner Frau (identisches Modell). Meine Schuhe trage ich nur im Büro, um längeres Stehen am Pult, aufgrund der Dämpfung (...einzig positiver Fakt der Schuhe von ON), den ganzen Tag zu überstehen und das auch nur an 2 Tagen pro Woche und in den Corona Jahren gar nicht. Das Gewebe im Fersenbereich ist hin. Parallel dazu trage ich Schuhe der Marke adidas und New Balance, nicht nur im Büro und einige Jahre länger, wo sich nicht ansatzweise Gewebemängel im Front- und Fersenbereich zeigen. Es ist mir gelungen mit On dazu via E-Mail in Kontakt zu treten. Man hat mir mit Formblatt-Antwort 4711 - meinen Hinweis ernst zu nehmen - geantwortet. Das wars. ...ja, dass war es auch mit ON für mich. In Zeiten von nachhaltigen Gedankengut lasse ich mir keinen 150 € teuren Schuh andrehen, der so konzipiert ist, dass er schon nach kurzer Zeit verschleißt, um ihn dann schnell gegen ein neues Paar ersetzen zu müssen. Da bleibe ich bei adidas, wo ich mich auf eine gute Qualität verlassen kann und mich nicht über eine qualitativ minderwertige 150 € Asien-Ware ärgern muss.

"Dreadful Squeaky Trainers"

Dreadful Squeaky Trainers. Paid £150 for what should be great quality trainers. They would be if it wasn’t for a terrible squeak. The stupidly named “happiness deliverers” were timely in delivering the news it was not an issue. It was the surface I’m walking on or how I’m walking. Put tissue or talc under the insole. Really, £150 and I have to modify the trainer!

I did it anyway but it didn’t work. The squeak was embarrassingly loud. Thousands of videos and posts online all saying similar things. Clearly ON need to admit they have a design flaw instead of treating customers like they’re stupid!

The trainers were returned to JD Sports who were happy for me to exchange them for a different brand. Shame as I did like the trainer but the risk of the same issue developing and the condescending attitude of the customer support has put me off considering this brand permanently.

Ich trage diese Schuhe mittlerweile 1 Jahr zwei paar abwechselnd. Abgesehen vom komfort wo auch jeder Salomon Schuh locker mithalten kann. sind die ON Schuhe absoluter Mist. Preis Leistung kann garnichts. Permanent bleiben Steine im Profil hängen was keinen Spaß macht. Beide Paare Quietschen seit dem ersten Tag sobald man auch durch die kleinste Pfütze läuft und bei den zehen Reist das Material. Keines Falls weiter zu Empfehlen. Ich trage seit zig Jahren Salomon Schuhe vom Neumodell bis zum Abverkauf und er hatt mich niemals im Stichgelassen geschweige sonstige Probleme gemacht.

I ordered these shoes and I paid extra money for getting it sooner. I never received the package seems to be lost and I want my money back 😡 cuatomer services is Terrible and the solution they gave me is absurd!! I really need help!! What a bad experience!!
