I have purchased 3 pairs both women and mens on cloud 5 shoes the outside of this shoe in the toe area wears through quite easily and very quickly, we're very disappointed in the quality and durability of these shoes.

Poor customer service. Return label to provided by customer service, used to return and item appeared lost but returned to myself. Now reissued label is confirmed lost by return partner they choose to use and they are refusing to refund as they have not received items, leaving me with a £700 loss. They refused to help in the claim for my lost goods

Ich kann nur vom Kauf von ON-Schuhen abraten. Die Qualität steht in keinem Verhältnis zum Preis.
Ich habe in den letzten 2 Jahren 3 Paar ON-Schuhe genutzt von denen keines an 12 Monate Haltbarkeit gekommen ist.
Der Gipfel ist das bei einem Paar das ich nur ab und an im Büro getragen habe nach weniger als 6(!) Monaten das Netz bei beiden Schuhen vorne gerissen war. Ich habe jetzt hier so gut wie neue Schuhe mit Löchern im Netz.
Auf Grund der schlechten Erfahrungen habe ich die Schuhe im Fachgeschäft gekauft wo mir bestätigt wurde das ich keine Fehlstellung der Zehen hab ( das nur weil das ja des Öfteren von ON als Begründung angeführt wird ).
Eigentlich Schade da die ON-Schuhe optisch sehr ansprechend sind.

I have to start with that I suffer with knee and back problems and researched trainers forever to see which would be the best to walk in without giving me pain in my joints. I came across ON and decided to give these a go. I purchased my first pair over 3 years and absolutely loved them and wore them into the ground over 3 years! Yes 3 years!! They were the most comfortable pair of trainers I'd ever had and worth every penny I paid for them, considering I thought the initial price was extortionate.
I decided to finally buy a new pair in January this year and honestly wish I didn't. The trainers were fine for a few weeks and then they developed an awful squeak from the left heal. This was so bad and embarrassing that I had to walk at awkward angles to take the weight off the heal. I decided to look this up and found that I wasn't the only person suffering with the same issue, it was all over social media!! I even found a video that was made by a representative from On explaining why it happened and how to resolve the issue. Waste of time as nothing worked. So I decided to contact On to complain and request the trainers swapped for a new pair. This is where I am lost for words with their customer service and attitude. I was asked for photos, written explanations, drawings, videos and this was a waste of time as they would not acknowledge the issue with the squeaking and point blank refused to help, refund or exchange. I just kept being told to look at the terms and conditions and that their was no warranty cover. Disappointed and annoyed really is the politest thing I can say. I will never purchase anything again from this company and will sure be putting people off buying anything from them were as to start I had nothing but praise.

As an update following the reply to my review, its now been almost 2 weeks and no email or follow up from On. Again I state that the customer service from this company is awful and I have now started alternative proceeding to get this matter resolved.

"Refusal to accept defective product"

Only giving one star because I couldn’t give 0! I wish I had researched the company first, terrible reputation for scamming customers and poor quality products.

I purchased trainers for my husband, at first they were super comfortable after 6 weeks the sole compressed and started squeaking. After contacting customer services they stated this was not a manufacturing issue and therefore not a defect that was covered under warranty, no refund no replacement. Despite the fact that a quick google search shows 100s of blogs and YouTube videos of consumers facing the exact same issue!
Scam company robbing people of their hard earned cash with inferior products, avoid at all costs.

Despite the response from ON stating the issue went through all steps of evaluation, I was not allowed to see the evaluation report from the quality team, nor did the quality team even look at the trainers in person. Again it’s just a scam to take your money for an inferior product and a refusal to abide by the Consumer Rights Act of 2015.

"Should Have Done My Research"

Like many others, I am also experiencing being scammed by this company. They shipped out my shoes and they were never delivered, there was no photo of this delivery, and on top of that the shoes say they were delivered to "the front door", but I live in an apartment building and we checked all of the cameras with my building manager and there was no delivery at my front door or any door for that matter. So, now I am out of my shoes, and I also do not have my refund that I was being told over and over that I would be given. I am going to just dispute this with my bank and I am never shopping at this fraudulent company again. I also will be filing a FTC complaint as well.

Schuhe von schlechter Qualität. Bereits nach kurzem Tragen löst sich die Sohle auf. Auch die Farbe löst sich seitlich ab. Vom Kundenservice leider keine Hilfe bekommen. Sehr schade für ein angebliches Premiumprodukt. Auch die von der Firma viel beworbenen Nachhaltigkeit macht keinen Sinn, wenn man die Schuhe nach kurzem tragen wegwerfen muss
