Le 11 au matin: "en route vers chez vous", livraison aujourd'hui, prière d'être là pour une signature.
Le soir, paquet non arrivé, je demande alors à être livré en point pickup.
Puis, 1 Email et 1 SMS me disent que le paquet est disponible au pickup. Mais il n'y est pas.
Système de suivi de commande totalement risible, perte de temps et d'argent.
Et c'est la 2ème fois que ça arrive.
PLUS JAMAIS d'On pour moi.

Ich habe innerhalb von einem Jahr ein paar on Schuhe gekauft. Beim ersten Paar sind Teile der Sole abgebrochen. Ich gab Ihnen nochmals eine Chance. Nun löst sich beim selben Schuhtyp die Sole hinten. Wie kann man so ein Produkt mit Swiss Quality verkaufen?

Wenn die Firma jetzt noch die Qualität ihrer Schuhe steigern könnte und ausserdem die Arbeiter die die Schuhe herstellen besser bezahlen würde, wären On Schuhe für mich wieder tragbar. Der Schuh an sich ist bequem und leicht. Man läuft wirklich sehr gut darin.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Warranty Service
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the warranty team’s handling of my recent claim. I purchased an insulated water-repellent jacket from your company, and to my dismay, I have encountered significant issues with its performance.
Upon wearing the jacket during rain but even light rain, I noticed that after it dries, stains are left behind. Seeking resolution, I contacted your warranty team, only to be met with dismissive and unacceptable responses. I was informed that these stains are considered normal wear and tear, and consequently, my claim was denied.
This experience has left me thoroughly disappointed in your customer support services. I have purchased products from various brands in the past, and I have never encountered such a dismissive and unsatisfactory response to a legitimate concern.
As a result of this poor experience, I must caution others against purchasing products from On. I expected better quality and support from your company, and unfortunately, I have been sorely disappointed.
I urge you to reconsider your stance on this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution to my issue. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Ridiculously wide tread pattern on running shoes means large stones get ”trapped” in the sole all of the time - incredibly irritating.
Have literally thrown them away - useless!

Habe 2 Paar Wanderschuhe bestellt. 1 Paar wurde gutgeschrieben. Auf die andere Gutschrift warte ich nun seit 2 Wochen…
Ich habe mehrfach per Mail versucht den Missstand aufzuklären. Da kriegt man überhaupt keine Antwort. Heute telefoniert - da hieß es dann es kann bis zu 14 Werktage dauern bis auch das 2. Paar gutgeschrieben wird.
Hahaha - Schweizer Firma… da dauert halt alles etwas länger. Nur verkaufen können sie schnell.
Lächerlich diese Firma…

Sicuramente il prodotto è valido e con un bel design.Tuttavia il servizio e la comunicazione lascia desiderare. Ho ordinato il 22 marzo un paio Di Cloud 5, il mio numero 42,5 ma erano strette. Il giorno dopo l'arrivo, il 29 marzo le ho rispedite per il cambio numero.
Oggi siamo il 9 aprile e non ho ricevuto nessuna notizia in merito alla spedizione del cambio.
Essendo un prodotto di qualità e non economico, deve corrispondere un servizio equivalente.
Attendo a breve una risposta.

Your expertise is way of acceptance or reasonable understanding of the issue. On what possible reason are you allowed to claim it. The product is a piece of design failure and it failed 'only' on both shoes at exactly the same place. If you are telling me that my heels are not good enough to perform in your perfectly design product I would feel deeply disrespected and offended by you. I will be more than obliged to share our conversation in public on any feedback websites including pictures of your product. If you think I won't, you are wrong. I was kind a happy with the customer service so far, but everything has it's end. You are an ignorant and pushing boundaries that are essential to keep good relationship between the shopper and the seller. It is a shame, that old OnCloud customer services habits are back, which is a disgrace.

Hab mir diese Cloudrock Waterproof 2 M Black | Eclipse 7 im Dez 2023 gekauft. Beim Gehen durch nasses Gras bleiben die Füsse auf keinen Fall trocken.
