"Sent in some Ektachrome slides from…"

Sent in some Ektachrome slides from 1976. About 100 of them. They acknowledged receipt when they arrived. Within a couple weeks they had sent the images for me to see on line. I could delete what I didn't want. And then they sent me the thumb drives I ordered, followed by the original slides. Back home safe and sound. Losing them had been my biggest fear. Hats off to ScanCafe. Thank you.

Everything about my experience was great. The communication from the company was great (but not too much), the quality of my photo scans were surprisingly good and the price was lower than many of the competitors I looked at. Highly recommended.

Thank you. the scans were very clean & the color balance was true to the original. I would have preferred a lot less Digital Ice applied to the slides though, as it reduced sharpness quite visibly (I am a professional and these were 4000 dpi tiff pro scans). My client was happy with the work I transferred to them, and I can do some sharpening on my own in post-production. - I appreciate your good service.

Not the same quality I received 10 years ago when I first used scancafe. They had to rescan my photos. They price to fix older photos is very expensive.

I love ScanCafe's quality and service overall! The numerous restorations we requested are absolutely incredible - truly a gift to have those fixed. If you have old family or event photos that could be scanned and fixed, choose ScanCafe! I did have a few photos that came out in oddly dark shades as if someone was in a hurry and didn't really review or compare with the originals, which is the only reason why I didn't give 5 stars this time around. They did rework those images and the results were much better. And honestly, this is the BEST PLACE to get photos scanned and restored. We will be using ScanCafe again and highly recommend the team.
