Took us through the procedures and explained when necessary.
Within half an hour we had our date and time slot booked and look forward to the visit from the engineer who has been to us before which gives us peace of mind having the same professional engineer.

Phoned up for a blocked drain emergency. Phone was answered very quickly, probably about 10 seconds, which is amazing. Chloe was super efficient taking all the details down and progressed the call straight away.
