"Really poor service"

Really poor service. Have been looking to set up a salary sacrifice scheme at my workplace. Cant get a response from our account manager, tired numerous times over the last 6 months. Submitted new query via the website to try and get a reply…still nothing. Would not use now and would not recommend.

"Poor"

Initially, all went very well. Then things went badly wrong. The confirmed (via email) delivery date of the car was delayed by two weeks. To be fair, they supplied a courtesy car for this period. When car arrived, rust on all wheels and brakes. Still not resolved and heard nothing about resolution. Car is shocking. Battery charge is not accurate at all I have to sort this out in my own time. Do not get an electric Vauxhall Mokka. £35 to charge and gets you about 100 miles. Communication via email mainly - too many people involved in one thing. Disappointed

Great experience from start to finish. The customer service was always polite and if they didn't know the answer right away they sure as hell would find out for you.

Let's also give credit to the often ignored chaps who deliver and collect the vehicles, their communication was what you'd expect and the delivery and collection processes were brilliant. The chap who collected my vehicle at the end of my lease caught a train and then took a bus to my house and still got here on time. I would have offered to pick him up had I'd known of the difficult journey that he had made but his attitude and customer service was again excellent and he even paid me a compliment on the condition of the vehicle upon handover which made my head swell even larger.

So leasing, is it for you?. You may of heard horror stories about end of lease charges due to wear and tear on the vehicle, people apparently paying hundreds for a chip or a scratch.... rubbish. I also thought I was taking risk by leasing a vehicle. At the time it was the most affordable way for me to own a reliable new vehicle so I took the risk. If you look after the vehicle then the vehicle will always look after you. The horror stories are false, When I handed the vehicle back was it in brand new condition?. Of course it wasn't but I looked after it, if you read the BVRLA guidelines you'd be amazed by how much wear and tear is acceptable upon return. I strongly urge people to read it before leasing, my mind was firmly put at ease. So, fab company, professional no pressure sales and efficient customer service. Five Stars from me!. Only negative was that I couldn't keep the vehicle, I shed a tear when it went.
