24h service down with no explanation
Last Thursday/Friday all service collapesed with complete loss of phone system, which I understand it can happen, but the company did NOT contact the customers, the customer service numbers were not working and there were no answers to the emails sent. No emails received after the event and the company claims the outbreak was 2-3h instead of 24. This was really unexpected and very poor customer care

Yep as others have mentioned, our phone lines are down too, can't get through to any contact number related to E-Receptionist it just cuts you off and there not responding to emails.

If I could, I would assign the company a rating of 0 stars without hesitation. Over the last three years, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Numerous issues have arisen, and every time I raised concerns—such as malfunctioning phone lines—I was met with dismissive responses, attributing the problems to my device.
To add to the exasperation, I have recently been informed that the business number I've held for a decade, and which I ported over when joining eReceptionist, has somehow been lost by the company. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is disappointing and a significant breach of trust for a service provider. The cumulative dissatisfaction over the years leaves me with no choice but to strongly discourage others from considering eReceptionist for their business needs.

"Wouldn't recommend"
Phone line quality is usually poor, app and website are extremely basic.
Constant trouble logging into website where you get the error message;
"Oops! Something went wrong on our end. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again later."
Which is a massive pain if you're trying to log in to check messages or adjust any settings.
E.G - I am currently unable to update my voicemail message to let customers know I am on holiday, because I cant log in.
Definitely wouldn't use Ereceptionist again if I needed another business line

Service is so bad, I receive only a small amount of the messages sent to me, and it even takes up to 9 hours for me to receive a message, tried to contact them but no response form them at all.
