Just started to use as a backup to my own team and wow by it and I'm now considering just having my calls go straight to it. We can answer on desktop, answer on iphone and if missed called you have a voicemail which if message left them emails you the message. Early christmas present is this package.

They advised me my membership had been cancelled yet they still try to charge me.
They have poor customer service and dont let you access your details on their site once you ask for them.

Trying to set up a number for a week, issues with paying online, when it finally did work, there was no automatic email sent to validate the account. No one answers the support number. It's a disgrace.

Absolute joke of a company. DO NOT USE THIS BAD EXCUSE OF A COMPANY!!!! This companies service has gone down hill more and more each year with clients not being able to contact us via the freephone number, long pauses in recordings and cutting off making clients hang-up before you even get an option to chose a numerical option, customer care only cares about itself and when the next shift agent is coming on to deal with your request and then to place the cherry on the top they don't apparently like being paid now so have terminated my account until I make a payment even though I have tried profusely to make the payment online and via their call centre.
I had a payment coming out each month for my freephone number over the last few years and when my card I used was reaching expiry date I went to update it on their system. It said it had updated but then I got a payment not received email so logged back in only to find my old card details were back up. I tried entering the new card details but it kept failing so I called customer support who said I had to make payment online to which I obviously mentioned I couldn't. As far as the agent was concerned that was all she could do and told me to just keep trying. I sent an email to support who told me to call and make a payment. I called again and was told the same hymn sheet of nonsense that it must be done online. I have tried multiple times online and now my account has been terminated due to no payments and told to call to rectify. Have never had to deal with such a pathetic company in all my time.

I have 2 business accounts on evoice. I tried to log on and was directed to eReceptionist where my login credentials don's work but you were happy to take my money. My business and livelihood relies on this service and you cant' even send me an email that things are changing? A mass email to every customer affected is needed asap or you are about ready to have customers migrating elsewhere.
*Update
Their customer service did say that it was fixed. I updated to 2 stars for response but leave it at 2 for a partial fix. The evoice website still forces it's way to ereceptionist where login credentials don't work. For now there is a direct login to evoice that still works.
