Response times have been really quick and solutions have been effective. If you ask me, E-receptionist has one of the best customer service I have ever experienced.
They are nice, helpfull and certainly go that extra mile for you to make sure the problem is solved or gets solved. Even if the problem is more complicated they take the time to solve it. Not like other customer service departments where they on a timer to stress the agent to close the call. This is the USP and you should keep it like that.
