"Good end result not an ideal journey."
Given plenty of time to view cars on my own sales person not pushy. When I decided I needed help, I found the sales person was very helpful and listened to what I had to say and what my requirements were. Decided on a diesel fiesta, took it for a test drive, lovely car, ready to buy it then found out it had already been sold. It had been put back on the lot by mistake. Offered a 2nd fiesta same spec which was meant to be delivered at the same time as the first. Put a deposit on it with an agreement that if I didn't like it the deposit would be refunded. The car was expected to arrive in the next day or 2. It arrived a week and a half later with some confusion about it location. Love the car ideally I would have preferred the 1st one as it had lower mileage but can't fault the drive and saving money on fuel with it being diesel.
