I went to buy a ford direct Fiesta at Jennings Ford Direct South Shields sales rep Paul was excellent very informative about all aspects of this car Fiesta Titanium. All the promised 'extras' were supplied & purchase went very smoothly, great service from everybody well recommended.

So much incompetence, they damaged my vehicle, whilst relieving me of £1260.00 to do the, "Job ! "

I recently purchased a new Seat Leon from "Jennings Seat" on the Mobility scheme. the whole experience was fantastic, the welcome and introduction by the sales Exec "Johnathon Stuttard" was very polite and informative "not pressured" which is always a put off.. He took me through the scheme and made it so easy to understand. After ordering the car Johnathon kept me up to date by telephone and E:Mail as to which stage the car was being built to delivery. I had contact with other members of the sales team during the process and they were just the same high standard that Johnathon had shown. I would highly recommend this dealership and have no reservations in returning again. Thanks to you all

From Malc on the phone to Barry's (the manager) friendly welcome and Craige working his day off they were all professional in a non typical car salesman way (no offence guys). And got me on the road with a great deal on my new fiesta.
