From walking into the showroom I was greeted by Joe, he wasn't pushy, or pretend to know everything about the vehicle (that wasn't a ford), he found out the answers to the questions and kept me updated. I've walked out of showrooms in the last due to pushy sales, Joe was relaxed and helpful he have me the confidence in the garage to trust them.

We found that Richard was extremely helpful, polite and had vast experience and advice in helping us through our purchase. I would recommend purchasing a KIA car to anyone. The seven year warranty is efficient hassle free and it is a big plus when considering purchasing a new car. Within the family we own three KIA cars. The staff at Jennings Stockton were efficient, not pushy, and very helpful.

Excellent service from the salesman Nic Greenwood. Although one can never be sure the deal we got did seem to be very good. The only fly in the ointment was that we were offered and took out Jennings fixed price service deal at something like £18 a month only to find out that Seat had a deal on offer of 3 years servicing for a fixed price of £99 with the car we purchased. This has left us feeling somewhat cheated.

Originally went looking for a Focus about 1 year old. At the time there were excellent deals offered on the brand new Focus, so decided to go brand new, because it was cheaper than used.
No pushy sales talk, salesman Alan Donaldson, very professional, but friendly and approachable with any questions I had. A slight delay in the delivery of my car but I was kept up to date with what was happening.
Would I buy from Jennings again?
This is the 6th car I have bought from Jennings, so the answer is definitely YES.

"Worst Service ever."
I have had a ford for over 10 years and I can honestly say the service at Jennings Stockton is disgraceful.
I've been lied to, mis-informed and one year had to take my car back about 7 times and still the problem was not resolved, they tried to make my life hard by avoiding to pay out under the warranty needless to say they couldn't however i got sick of taking it back for the same problem that many times I sold the car. Again bought a brand new ford last year, took it for service today and no car wash, clean or valet, when i queried this apparently the car was guy had left for the day, strangely enough my car was ready at 11am, he must only work a few hours a morning he? MADNESS! worst after service ever.
