"Cheaper than Ford Retail and shipped very quickly"
I purchased a Fiesta Bumper Protector from Jennings Ford Parts, it arrived via CityLink promptly, packaged safely. The product was as described although the instructions were all in German. Thank you.

"Polite and Friendly Service"
We dealt with Robert who was very friendly and polite from the start. We told him we had seen an advert regarding a Fiesta and he explained to us that he would try his best to get us one as they were hard to find. We had complete faith in him and knew that he would do his best to fulfill our order.
We got a phone call a few days later saying that the car had been located and would be with us the following week. We were over the moon.
We also dealt with Peter regarding the finance and again he was friendly and poilte, explaining everything in non complicated terms.
When we went to collect the car Robert went through everything with us explaining what buttons and switches were for.
We drove away happy and confident with our new car.
We would definitely recommend Jennings and Robert to friends and family and would definitely deal with both again.
Thank you for making our car buying experience easy and trouble free.

"Awful after sales service"
Initial sales service from Mazda fantastic. Free warranty, new tyres, and other daft things all taken care of. Car has been in 5 times for warranty work in 6 months, 4 of those for same issue. Admittedly not their fault, cars have problems. But it is very annoying to go and collect car after work completed, walk straight back in to tell them it's still broken and then have to wait another ten days! Doesn't help that woman on service desk is also awful at dealing with complaints and offering solutions. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

"Got exactly what I wanted!!"
Extremely helpfull salesman. He couldn't do enough for me. He explained everything to me and I ended up with my dream car.i wanted extras put on the car, there was not one available with what I wanted so one was built to my specifications. Waited another week or so but got exactly what I wanted. First class service.would highly recommend.

"What I want, when I want, for the price I want"
I went to Jennings ford looking for a certain car, only to be told it was only available in red. After a little chat and a few phone calls a top bloke had managed to get me a dark blue fiesta. I got the car I wanted, in the colour I wanted, for the price I wanted. Couldn't ask for anymore !

"Hide damage and avoid carrying out warrenty work!"
I bought a Mazda 2 from Jennings Mazda a few months ago and one of the conditions of sale was that one of the tyres with a big chunk of rubber missing out of the side of it would be changed as it was dangerous. Fortunately when I got the car home I checked underneath it and found that all that Jennings Mazda had done was to turn the tyre around and hide the damaged side of the tyre from me. After a long phone call and an inspection of the tyre (because they didn't believe me) Jennings agreed to replace the dangerous tyre as it should have been done as one of the conditions of sale.
I have since had further problems with Jennings Mazda when I needed warranty work carrying on my car. My car failed its 1st MOT because it needed the work and when I contacted Jennings about it they said I should bring it in for them to look and see if they would carry out the work under the warranty. This was fair enough but I was then told if they agreed to carry out the work it would cost me nothing but if they didn't agree to carry out the work (even though it was serious enough to cause an MOT fail) I would have to pay an £83 inspection fee!!! On top of this £83 I would also have to fund the cost of the repair myself. I decided it was not worth the risk of being faced with the massive cost of both the repair and the £83 so opted to have the work carried out at a garage that I actually trust elsewhere. If you have a choice do not use this garage.
