I have recently purchased a new fiesta from Jennings, I have never bought a vehicle before and had heard that it was a stressful process...I went to Jennings with a vague idea of what vehicle I would like with payments that I could match, one week later I am now driving around in a 14 plate fiesta delighted with my purchase! I would advise purchasing a vehicle from Jennings to absolutely anyone!!

It was a rare pleasure to do business with Jennings.Changing car can be a stressful
experience but it wasn't in this instance. Ian McCluskey was friendly,helpful and professional in helping me to choose the right used car and making sure it was up to the required standard.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this Ford dealership.

Deal offered was good. Just small details that need refining. No test drive was offered. Finance details were confusing. A cup of coffee offered would have been nice.

I went to Jennings at Dunston, Tyne & Wear. I am speaking on behalf of my mam as she is disabled and was picking up her mobility car.
Paul who seen to us was very helpful, friendly and at all times caring.
My dad and I were shown around the new car and Paul helped us set things up and dealt with any queries we had.
I would certainly recommend you go to Jennings.
This is always something I worry about when I go any where with my parents as some people see their disability and not them as a person. I must say Paul is an asset to Jennings and I hope he remains with Jennings when they come to renew their car in 3 years. Thank you again.

The guys at Jennings fully serviced and MOT'd the car before I took ownership and they sorted my tax out for me to so I have a whole year before I need to pay for anything extra! The service was great, the sales guy kept me informed as to what was happening, delivered on time without any hassle and did not pressure me into anything. Totally pain free car buying!

I went to enquire about the new mazda 3 and from the start i felt that it was going to be a great experience .The salesman martin was very happy to show me round the range and i was so impressed about him knowing about the range in full .After the test drive i was so impressed with the car i placed an order for a 3 sport.I have now had the car for two weeks now and its fantastic .

I went looking to buy a smaller car, your sales person was friendly and courteous but not in my face like so many can be. He also took the time to explain things in enough detail. I didn't feel like he was trying to get me to spend above my budget and he actually listened. That was a refreshing change! This resulted in me making an informed decision and I bought a new car in my budget at a garage where I felt like I had exceptional service.
