I have had several focuses over the past few years and the new eco-boost engine gives this one the edge. I had great service from my salesman, who explained all the offers that were on offer. The offers, together with the excellent part - ex value of my old car were the main reason that I changed this year as I was going to hang on for another year.
I have only had the car for a few days but so far so good.

From the first moment I encountered James Downey at JenningsFord Gateshead I knew I had chosen the right dealership. His helpfullness, knowledge of the product and willingness to spend any amount of time with me was invaluable. Having had my previous Fiesta for 13 years and now moving up into the 21st centure(!) it was important for me to make the right decision and having spent time with James and going through all the information available, I was abe to make a concise decision which I knew I would not regret. His handover of the vehicle was excellent and I left the dealership with a full working knowledge of the vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to JenningsFord at Gateshead and would hope that anyone using this dealership would be as lucky as I was to get James who made the whole process pain free and a happy experience.

Regarding the car itself, it has exceeded expectations and I look forward to many years of happy motoring, but I am sure that if problems occur the dealership will be more than happy to assist.

"Great hassle-free experience, buying a car couldn't be easier!"

This was the first time I have purchased a car and honesltly, I was expecting it to be at best an inconvenience, and at worst, a stressful experience. I'm happy to say that neither was the case. Everything was explained very clearly by the salesman and there was no 'hard sell' or pressurising at all, which from a car garage was a pleasant surprise. He answered all of my questions and any that he couldn't he found the answer for me swiftly. We got the car at an unbelievable price (I think in the end we got about 18k's worth of car for 14k) and came away with a car we didn't previously expect to be able to afford. Overall the service was excellent. Only one point, and it's only me being pedantic, but with the sale happening quite quickly (over the space of a week) my car still had 3/4 of a tank of petrol in it at the point of exchange, so I would have appreciated a fuller tank in the new vehicle, but if that's the only complaint I can make then Ford have done pretty well.

They were very helpful and provided me with all the information I needed. The service was very good and bob and Keith who helped me find and sort out my car were very friendly and offered me all there knowledge to help me make the right choice.
