There was never any pressure put on me to make a decision before I was ready and this made the process more relaxed and friendly.

I've dealt with Jennings Stockton. If you buy a car from then, then it's well worth sticking with "your salesman". If you do you'll get looked after time and again. You'll find cheaper cars elsewhere, but with bargaining I've always gotten a good deal. The parts department is reasonable too, as are repairs. If you're in a hurry they try to accommodate and get repairs booked in and done quickly, but be prepared to sit in the dealership waiting a while (i.e. bring a book).

The web page is easy to use and provided me with all the information I needed regarding the vehicle, the company and their way of doing business. The hand over of my old vehicle and the picking up of the new vehicle was efficient and the salesperson was very helpful and patient . The only fly in the ointment was the payment process which turned out to be stressful, using a debit card and I had to get a bankers draft even though I had an authorisation code from my bank. The problem seemed to be with the merchant services.
I will definitely consider using Jennings again.
