When I bought my car from Jennings I was treated so well by everyone. The salesman was lovely and bent over backwards to help me choose the right car.
The fiesta that I eventually chose is superb and I am so happy with it.

I have just recently bought my car, i found the staff friendly and helpful. They helped me find a car that was suitable and the right budget for me. Ordered the new CX5 in may/june 2013. The popularity seemed to have caught the factory by surprise since the car was not delivered until December 20th. However the salesman kept me updated by email with all info available to him. Arranged alternative cover to hand over car since this occured during his holidays. This cover salesman was equaly efficient and thorough with handover information. No fault with the standard of care by showroom staff.
One dissapointing feature is the problems encountered with the Iphone myMazda app. It seems to have my incorrect email details, preventing me from registering, even though the details have been checked and corrected by the showrom and service plan staff promptly on request.

Our sales adviser Robert was a lovely gentleman and made us feel totally at ease. He kept me in the loop from the moment we left the dealership to the moment we received the KA. All the people we dealt with at the dealership were very friendly and couldn't do enough to help us. In the future I would definitely use Jennings Ford if I wanted to buy a new car. Great service.
