I had been hunting high and low for a car to replace mine. I was on a very tight budget and neede a quality, reliable vehicle within my price range.
I have been to every car garage in Teesside looking for something in the price range that wasnt too old and didnt have too many miles but, i couldnt find anything satifactory. I came to Jennings Middlesbrough and from the word go David helped me really well and took on board everything I needed. have ended up with a brand new Ford Ka for the same price quoted elsewhere on a 2nd hand 40K miles lesser quality make. I am very happy.
I was so happy with my service and everything was explained to me (more than once as I was very nervous about the transaction). Although I am anxious about having finance, i feel very confident that Jennings have given me the best deal possible with Options and that I have been well informed about the whole options process and procedures. I cant sing Dave's praises enough.

The company was easy to contact, quick to reply and keep , me up to date with events and well organised. The car arrived on time. The only minor reservation (hence the 4 stars) is that the delivery driver arrived too early and disregarded (so I'm told) instructions to drop the car at my workplace. Instead he or she gave the documents keys etc to my neighbour and left! Rather strange. They often help me by looking after parcels etc, but I've never asked them to receive a car for me...

Having paid for delivery I would have expected product to arrive quicker. I ordered goods over a week ago and still not arrived.
I ordered goods (postage free) from Amozon on 26th and received them on 28th. That's what I call good service.

"Car Mats As Quick As That"
Placed my order for car mats for my dad but was unsure if I had ordered the correct ones. Made a phone call and Dave confirmed I had indeed ordered the wrong ones but that was not a problem. He amended my order and it was processed that day. The car mats arrived the following day. Great service ans a very pleasant man to deal with.

I was concerned about the amount of mud etc I was getting on my new Ford Focus, I called at my local motor part shop for mud flaps, then waiting for confirmation, I decided to look on the internet and came across Jennings. It was first class customer service my order was delivered within a couple of days. Mud Flaps fitted in just over the hour.
