After a few problems on delivery-a dent in the passenger door and a hole in the carpet at the back,jennings were very helpful and gave me a courtesy car while my new car had a new carpet and a new door fitted.A full tank of petrol and the first service complimentary eased the initial disappointment which i must say has'nt happened before on any of my previous Ford purchases.Thankyou to our salesman Graham.

The Salesman who sold the car to us, Ian Phillips, was very helpful and courteous. However in common with all Car Dealerships I have ever dealt with we were kept hanging around waiting whilst managers were consulted. We were on the verge of walking out at one point because of the waiting.
As a cash buyer I want buying a car to be like any other purchase, decide,do the deal and leave. If I want any other services I will ask.
