"We had a viewing for BRIGHTWELLS YARD"

We had a viewing for BRIGHTWELLS YARD, and while Ryan is very pleasant and good at his job (that is why it is not 1 star), the development is shocking. Outside all the paint is peeling off and buildings look really neglected and need repainting etc, the grass in the yard is fake, all the corridors are super narrow, quality of everything is the cheapest-cheapest materials possible, doors, carpets, radiators, kitchen cabinets, taps- gives some cheap student hall vibe. Bathroom does not even have a mirror or shower head holder. Have never seen quality as bad as this. I al really surprised someone is buying flats there to be honest.

This is the first time I ever moved into a new build home and the team at Crest Nicholson made it to a seamless experience
They have a great team in place from sales to customer relations to on site support
The overall experience has been great because the team have been supportive and transparent as well as very professional
The sales team at WindsorGate from Lee to Esther and Melissa were very supportive with no hard sell and it felt like team work
In particular I would like to recognise Lee Hanson - on site manager who exemplifies what good looks like for customer service and Jane Hunt as customer relationship manager has also been very professional and diligent in resolving any issues

Overall we have been happy with the process of buying a house from Crest Nicholson. The sales team Bev, James and Leanne were extremely efficient and helpful during the buying process from start to finish.
Since completion, there have been a few bumps along the way. However in general the site team have been responsive, friendly and very willing to rectify anything we have not been happy with. A special mention to Natasha Waterman - current site manager who is a credit to Crest, she’s friendly, very responsive and gets things done in a speedy manner! Also, Shawn Moore who has been very reasonable and helpful.
Overall we are happy with our lovely house and the development:)
