"Avoid this terrible company!"

Crest Nicholson has absolutely no after-sales service. After moving in, we found so many issues with the house. Despite making countless calls requesting repairs, they kept telling us to send emails. But after sending the emails, there was no response whatsoever. To make matters worse, once the two-year free repair period ended, they completely ignored us. Everyone in our community is fed up with their appalling behavior, and we're now preparing to file a collective lawsuit against them. Do yourself a favor and stay away from their properties—you’ll regret it otherwise!
