"A big shout out to Jeanette who was…"

A big shout out to Jeanette who was looking after the site in Swanland at the weekend. If only she was going to be there going forward. Nothing was too much for her. She advised she was temping there but in honesty we would not have know if she had not said. Her knowledge of plans and drawings and the very fact she took the time to show us things even though she must have had about 4 other sets of visitors at the time. I don’t think any of us went un noticed. We turned up with no appointments and was greeted with a smile and offered refreshments. I felt at ease the whole time and at no point did I get a pushy vibe. What a professional!

"Friendly team"

The ladies in the sales office were really friendly and helpful even though very busy. We had a look around the show homes which were tidy and clean. Great experience excellent team

"Show home visit was conducted professionally "

We made a speculative visit to view The Windsor show home at Malabar, Daventry. The staff were very helpful and it enabled us to gather information when considering our purchase options in due course .

We also received a phone call a week later to check that our moving status was current. We did not feel pressured at all.

"Cable cutting after water leakage, never ending problems! "

The contractor arrived today to fix water leakage problem caused by Crest Nicholson. Then they were shocked to find out this. The plumber sent from Crest 3 days ago cut open a major cable to the kitchen appliances when he used a saw to open a section of the wall. How could this happen!?
Not only me shocked by the problems caused by Crest, also the contractor!
This is no new thing to me when Crest sent someone to fix a problem, some other problems were created. A lot of issues happened before and after I moved in. I can share more of these later on.
The water leakage problem was reported to Crest last Friday. Only today Thursday got someone in to fix it. Even the contractor questioned why waited for a week?
I rang Crest every day to chase them to fix the issue. However at least two days of time was wasted. Crest said the CS manager wanted to come over to have a look even two plumbers had done the checking before. Tuesday nobody came in. I urged the manager to come over on Tuesday. But they refused and said the manager not available.
She came in on Wednesday. Had a quick chat with me, took one photo and left. Nothing was done basically. Everything was on hold just because I needed to wait for her to come over just to have a look.
I feel Crest have no sense of urgency, no matter how you said your case was in emergency. So disappointing!

"We purchased an apartment during the…"

We purchased an apartment during the early build stage at Campbell Wharf in Milton Keynes. We have had exceptional support from planning stage to completion and immediate after care from the Project Manager Chris Scales and his team. We knew from previous projects that the building specs looked good and were extremely happy that the quality of the interior and finishes of the building were even better than we had expected not just inside the apartment but right through to the interior decoration of carpeting, pictures and paint of all the hallways and entrance.

We were very fortunate that the Project Manager talked us through the build stages, addressed any concerns we had and allowed us to see the progress of the building during site visits. We were not expecting Chris, Darren or their team to be onsite when we moved in and yet they took exceptional care of us including helping with removal of boxes and keeping in touch during the first few weeks to see if we had any issues. We did have a major concern with the entrance feature which Chris immediately listened to and responded to and resolved within a relatively short space of time. Something which the original salesman had failed to disclose and refused to address when we moved in.

It is most unusual in this day and age to have had such personal care and attention to minor details for a building project this size and to find an ethical builder with integrity and not compromise on this. No request has been 'too small' or too big from Chris, Darren and his helpful team.

They have also exhibited exceptional and professional support and courtesy throughout the buying and moving process. We would like to thank them wholeheartedly for their diligence and customer service throughout and delivering a beautiful apartment of such a high standard.
