We were given a time slot and upon reaching, Emily from the Sales team was really supportive and answered all the queries we had for Sketchley Gardens. During our initial visit, the only concern we had was regarding a date for handing over the houses. There is no confirmation on the dates or atleast the month when the keys can be expected. For potential buyers, having a clear handover date is crucial for planning their move and coordinating logistics.

Very disappointed with the new build house. When we went to see it while it was build and the builder (manager) have told us we won't hear anything from next door thatvtge walls are very soundproof. Well he was wrong. We can hear everything from the neighbours and also us talking upstairs/downstairs in any room.
If I have known, I would never purchase it. It's very frustrating and annoying when trying to work from home and have confidential conversations. It's also affecting our mental health because of all the noises which are carried through the walls from next door.
I thought that when we decorate every room, the noise will stop but it hasn't.

Think twice about buying a house from crest Nicholson, Almost 3 years we are still waiting for repairs to be completed, our en-suite had a leak it took them more than 7 months to repair, we are still in dispute with them over a garden wall that has subsided, continual lies after they said it would all be sorted. If can cancel your purchase it will save a lot of hassle, if you can’t make sure you get a professional snagging service - it will be worth every penny.

"Aspen Grange Stowmarket"

I had a walk in last week at Aspen Grange Stowmarket to look into my options with buying a new property in 2025. I was greeted by Nikki in a warm and welcoming manner. When going through my options she was informative, professional and bubbly which made the whole process far more reassuring.
The site appears as clean and calm, and the show homes are stunning.
I look forward to returning in the New Year to take another look.
