"Meadow Fields"

We visited the opening of Meadow Fields this weekend and met Keeley, Sales Advisor for the site. Although none of the houses were complete, the office was busy and Keeley was friendly and knowledgeable. We are now looking forward to working with Crest to buy our forever home. The site was so tidy and having looked at all the planning, very eco-friendly. Thanks Keeley for giving us all the information needed to make an informed decision.

"Outstanding service"

Myself and my partner received outstanding service from the staff at Crest Nicholson from the moment we stepped into the sales showroom.
The sales assistant Nikki Dando was fantastic, she was friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
She was also very patient as we had so many questions but she made us feel at ease and answered all of them.
We proceeded to purchase and the entire onsite team at Crest Nicholson Aspen Grange including the Site manager Alan and his team Sam (the site assistant) & Lucy (in sales) have been great.
Our experience so far has been wonderful and we can't wait to move into our new home.

"Unusable solar panels and missing solar panel certificate after 1.5 years"

Morton Park - Milton Keynes

Unusable solar panels, No documents and Certificates for the solar panels after moved in 1.5 years

We bought a property at Morton Park and moved in at May2023. Crest Nicholson connected the solar panels to the electrical box on early July2023. Crest Nicholson switched off the solar panel on Mid July 2023 due to precaution. Until today (1.5 years later), Crest Nicholson hasn't perform the safety check and the solar panel is still switching off. Moreover, Crest Nicholson hasn't give us any certificate about the solar panel. (MCS Certificate, Building Regulations compliance Certificate, DNO Approval, Electrical installation certificate, Warranty & Maintenance Documents). We have been contacting their customer service for the past 1.5 years and no further action taken.

The after sales support has been very good - with tradespeople coming out promptly to deal with all the snags and to answer our queries. Everyone who we have dealt with have been friendly and courteous and have been respectful of our home.
