"Truly caring"
We have recently lost our gorgeous Labrador, Lilly. After using Dignity 3 years ago for our first dog, upon the recommendation of our vet, we had no hesitation in calling upon their services again. They are truly caring, sensitive and professional in their approach and help to make a difficult time a little easier. We are comforted to have our two girls at home with us in their beautifully made caskets and on both occasions Dignity have also provided us with a small scatter tube so we can remember our girls at their favourite walking spot too. Thank you.

"Caring"
Last year I lost my 18yr old cat Magoo, and I cannot thank Dignity enough for the care and patience they showed to me. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone. It was an awful time, but Dignity made it into something beautiful and for that I will always be grateful. The care that Dignity showed towards my little cat has brought me a great deal of comfort, as I know I 100% did my best for him right until the last moment. Truly fantastic service.

The staff are so nice and compassionate. Can't thank Judith and Jaime enough for looking after Bella on the day. They dealt with one of the hardest days of our lives with so much care and compassion. Every time I phoned prior to the day and spoke to a few different members of staff to ask questions, they were always so caring and helpful.

On this very sad day I found the perfect setting for my darling Layla to be cremated. Whilst I didn't leave her there as I wanted her ashes to stay with me, we will return one day together. Such a beautiful peaceful setting in this woodland area with the budding magnolias and banks of crocuses. Everyone was so very kind allowing me to carry her down the Remembrance Walkway until the very end when I gave her a last cuddle and said au revoir my adorable little friend. We went through so much together. I love you.
Thank you all for your compassion and understanding.💕💕💕

"Wonderful staff and service"
Wonderful staff and service
I have had to use Dignity 3 times in the last year - once just last week - and it has been tough to lose so many beloved pets in a short space of time. However I cannot thank Dignity enough for their kind and caring staff and highly professional service on each occasion.
It is clear that Dignity really do care and their wonderful service reflects this. The staff are genuinely lovely and everything that I wanted was arranged quietly and efficiently. Additional little touches, like a fur clipping and a condolence card from the family and staff, all helped at such a sad time.
I would recommend this business to anyone without hesitation.
Thank you to Kevin who collected Rusty, to Una and Michelle who spoke to me about my wishes and to Kerry who gave him back to me today. You all, and the wonderful Jaime, gave him exactly what I wanted. Thank you all so much.

"Patient, understanding and respected our wishes"
Dignity's services were offered to us by our vet following our young cat being diagnosed with lymphoma and devastatingly not responding to treatment. The process of dealing with Dignity was slick and straightforward at a time when we were absolutely distraught. The vet did all of the admin and we received a follow up call from Dignity to confirm the arrangements, they were understanding and patient over the telephone at a time when I personally found it very difficult to speak. We had specifically asked that we were notified by Dignity when they had our baby and that only the vet make contact with us following the return of her ashes. At an extremely distressing time we wanted contact with others to be kept to a minimum and Dignity respected our wishes.

"Dignity by name, Dignity by nature"
It's almost a year since I had to take my Bella to Dignity. But I am always so glad that I did. Dignity by name, Dignity by nature. I will always be grateful for the care & compassion they showed.

"I am writing this review after Dignity…"
I am writing this review after Dignity mentioned on their Facebook page how few reviews they had had. Losing a beloved pet is a grief unlike any other, and I feel that people should be made aware of the kindness and impeccable care offered by Dignity to pet owners at the worst time.
I have been to Dignity twice now, the first time in 2012 when I lost my special boy cat to lymphoma. I was aware of Dignity after seeing a report on the tv about how cremation services offered by some vets were not always what people thought they were, that it was commonplace for many animals to be cremated at the same time, and how the ashes an owner got back could be a mixture of many different pets. I couldn't bear the thought of getting my boy back like that.
From the very first email correspondence with Dignity I knew I was talking to people who really understood how I was feeling, they were understanding and kind as I asked questions and tried to work out what I was doing. I'm not going to lie, I was distraught about losing my boy but they gently walked me through everything and told me of all the options available to me. I can't explain why but it was very important to me to take my boy to them myself, I waited for him and he was given back to me later that day. I took great comfort in knowing that I myself had taken him, he'd been treated with the proper care, and I then took him home. I'd looked after him all of his life and this was the one last time I could look after him. When my other cat died a few years later I repeated the ritual with her, and again I took great comfort from the experience with Dignity knowing she had also been taken care of properly. I'm already comforted by knowing that when the time comes for my current cats I have Dignity I can rely on.

"Warm and caring company"
Sadly we have had to use the services of Dignity Pet Crematorium on a few occasions, the last one being a couple of weeks ago when we lost our beautiful yellow Labrador boy Toad. As always the staff were warm and caring and the service at Dignity is top class. You know they care for your pets whilst they are in their care.
Would have no reservation in recommending this wonderful company which is in a beautiful setting. It is so peaceful and lovely to walk around the lovely gardens and woodland.
