Their kindness, compassion and support has helped us to deal with our loss. A special mention to Kevin and Tommy who were both so caring, kindhearted and attentive.

"Simply the best"

I became aware of Dignity 8 years ago when i worked in a veterinary specialist hospital. Most patients went home, sadly some didnt :( when that happened, & if owners wanted an individual cremation we always called Dignity. From the very first phone call, it was obvious how caring this independent, family business was. Pets were wrapped in blankets, put in their own baskets and taken to Dignity the same day or next in a purpose built pet hearse by really lovely drivers. Two weeks ago and very suddenly, we had to say goodbye to our very own first dog, Marley. For the first time I had to call Dignity as a bereaved owner and not as a former vet receptionist. They hadn't changed a bit. I was met with compassion and kindness from the very first, grief stricken phone call with Lauren, who arranged to have Marley collected the same day, through to Millie who gave Marley's ashes back to us today, beautifully presented and with gorgeous gifts too, in the most beautiful and serene surroundings. If you want an individual cremation for your much loved furry pal, don't go anywhere other than this truly genuine, caring, independent family-run company. I've seen them from both sides, professional and personal, and know that you won't find better. I can't recommend them highly enough and when the sad time comes, when my other little, elderly cross breed but mostly terrier Daisy "four breeds, one brain cell that doesn't work" dog has to cross the Rainbow Bridge, she will only ever be going to Dignity before she comes back home to us

I have sadly had to use dignity 3 times in a short space of time. I am blown away by how incredibly compassionate and kind they are. They are an incredible group of people and I cannot recommend them enough. From the second you first speak with them you immediately know your pet is going to be handled with nothing but grace and kindness. I will always recommend. Thank you

"Attended Same Day Service"

It was my second visit yesterday to Dignity after being very pleased with how they cared for and processed the cremation of my cat 4 years ago.
Sadly I had to have my beautiful Norwegian Forest Cat Merlin PTS on Monday at home where I was able to keep him until Wednesday when I took him for an attended service at Dignity.
I wanted to be with him until the very end, until I could go no further with him and place him into the chamber.
Everything is done with precision, keeping to the scheduled appointment time and being able to collect his ashes after 3 hours.
Thank you again to the team at Dignity.

"We have just lost one of our Guinea…"

We have just lost one of our Guinea pigs and as usual Dignity were fantastic from start to finish we have lots of bunnies too which we have always used Dignity and wouldn't go anywhere else .
They are so caring and understanding its comforting to know our precious animals are being looked after for us until they are back home with us

"Perfect service."

Having used Lambert Animal Care for my dog Fred Lambert also took Misty to Dignity for me as I was too distressed to go myself. They were amazing and phoned me back when I could speak to them without crying too much. Nothing was too much trouble and they talked me through the process. I felt at peace knowing she was treated with great care and cremated with someone present.

"Compassionate & Kind"

Yesterday 10/03/23 we had to make the hardest decision and put our Brunel to sleep. Brunel had developed an aggressive tumour in his leg and went down hill very fast. Considering he was out running with the wife a lot and myself at times when I could run.

I spoke to Dignity over the phone several times making the arrangements and every member of staff that I had spoken to were excellent. I kept it together when I rang but as I type this it is hard. We know Brunel will be looked after here until he is cremated and we are thankful for this. Brunel has will be going to meet our other pets over that rainbow along with some of his personal items that we left with him. Just like to thank all the staff at Dignity for everything you have done. We collect him soon and he will be back home. Brunel 2011 - 2023

"I have never felt so much sorrow or gut…"

I have never felt so much sorrow or gut wrenching sadness at the loss of our beloved 7yr old dog Nula. She was so fit and out of the blue developed an aggressive cancer that took her in a month. The staff at Dignity answered all our questions and more. We're so helpful and understanding. I was able to see Nula right to the end and they let me get so involved in her final send off. Special thanks to Lisa, Lauren, Laura, the Cremator Ryan and finally to Emma who put the ashes into a ring for me. I can't thank them enough. The have surpassed everything I have heard about Dignity.

What an amazing place...
I'm so glad my Harvey was taken here. They really was patient and informative and as I couldn't be there they reassured me on Harvey's final journey.I also made some personal requests and nothing was too much. I would recommend this service if you want to feel safe in the knowledge that Love and care has been taken for your pets .
