Ordered some new Galway boots from Dubarry (online) and received a phone call from Amber to say that they were really sorry but they didn't have stock of the size /colour combination I wanted. I was offered an alternative colour, or a refund, or Amber would look to see if she could find what I wanted elsewhere online. She found some there and then and emailed the link to me. I ordered those and Amber arranged a refund from Dubarry. The icing on the cake was that the other site was offering a 'Black Friday' deal, so I saved money too. Now that's what I call customer service.

The service and support I received from Amber at Dubarry last week was amazing. The phone was answered immediately and she was exceptionally helpful to me. I was grateful for her advice and the gifts I purchased arrrived the next day and we’re perfect!

"You spend three times the price and they fall apart"
You spend three times the price of other boots and expect them to last but they just fall apart. I bought these at a flower show sometime ago and only wore them for that day stored them in a wardrobe. Just recently they were worn again and the soles crumbled. As they are only guaranteed for one year I looked at the repairs for soles at £85 and at that price will buy something that at least the soles will stand up to more than 2 times of being worn. They look good but don't last. Just need to find something to repurpose to...flower pots maybe

Al eerder een review geschreven.. Dubarry zegt contact te zoeken met de klant. Ze sturen inderdaad een mail voor je gegevens maar vervolgens hoor je niks.. Dus dubarry poging 2.. Wat gaan jullie doen aan mijn laarzen van een jaar oud die verzoold moeten worden en nu al niet meer waterdicht zijn.. Ik stuur gerust foto s

"No better company for Sailing Boots and Shoes"
This is an incredibly supportive company with high values and ethics. I have bought sailing boots and shoes from Dubarry a number of times and they have fitted me like slippers. Unfortunately on this occasion, sailing shoes for my wife, just didn't fit her foot profile. She spoke to 'Penny' at the company, who was charming and super helpful. The shoes were returned and a full refund was given. Thank you Dubarry for exceptional service and quality products.

"Dubarry Galway boot"
My husband treat me to a pair of the dubarry Galway boots a couple of years ago. Unfortunately I have only worn them half a dozen times over the two years as they are so uncomfortable. Hence, they look like new. It’s a real struggle to get my feet in and so uncomfortable when they are on. They feel like they need a soft insole but there wouldn’t be room for one. I also need a boot puller to get them off. All in all, it’s not a pleasant experience wearing them. I am so disappointed as I really love he look of the boot.

Contacted Dubarry’s looking for an extra set of toggles for Dubarry school shoes as she has narrow feet, it was no trouble at all and I received the toggles in the post the next day, thank you
