STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT. Really bad customer services for what they claim is a quality brand. Nothing quality about their products just expensive for what you get. I know shoes and boots, and for a boot of this supposed quality and one that sells itself to the country set to last just over 14 months is poor. They are no more than a fashion boot that tries to go "off road" in the countryside and fails.

"Not so hard wearing as first pair"

Had my second pair of dubarry boots less than 2 years - first pair lasted at least 5 years. Stitching has come undone on leather, spoke to Equitogs where purchased and apparently I have to send back to Ireland. City use mainly. Very disappointed, Equitogs suggested I use a shoe mender.

"Wearing my boots more easily"

After purchasing boots many years ago I contacted Dubarry to see if they could possibly be altered to allow me to wear due to great difficulty putting them on and off.

I was asked to send to them and see if they were able to assist.

I now have them back and sure enough whatever was done (I believe stretched at the ankle) they are so much better for me and easier to wear.

The whole process was easy and they were so very helpful taking into consideration the age of them.

I am delighted! Thank you Dubarry!

A good experience - boots arrived quickly (order placed 24th March, delivered to London address 30th March) and I received prompt answers from Mike in the Customer Service Team when I had questions before placing the order. Thank you!

I have just received my Dubarry Kildare boots, they are the second pair I have purchased ( 1st pair for sailing). I loved my sailing boots that I now have bought walking boots to go out with the dogs.
Very comfortable and a great fit.

dubarry used to make good quality deck shoes .over the years i have allways owned 2 pairs
the last 2 pairs i have bought fell apart , soles come off
and poor quality stitching fell apart within a year
they probably get them made in vietnam now

never buy again

"Absolutely shocking customer service"

Absolutely shocking customer service. Supposedly a premium brand. It’s mid March and I’m still waiting for an order placed last year. It’s been everyone’s fault except their own.
Avoid at all cost. I’m desperately disappointed and won’t ever shop with them again. I’m bot alone, check their social media before shopping with them.

"Could not be happier"

Could not be happier. Ordered a pair of kilterton boots from Dubarry direct last week and they came in a few days. These are to replace a pair that I’ve had for 8 years and wear for months on end.

"No product and no refund."

I placed an order on 7 January 2021 which has never been delivered to me nor refunded. Despite chasers I have not heard anything from Dubarry in 6 weeks. Still no refund. Appalling customer service for the price of the products.

"Expensive, supposedly top quality, but Rubbish"

Expensive and supposedly top quality, what rubbish! In three and half years one of the soles of teh boots I have has failed. I contacted Dubarry and they are disinterested and accept no accountability. I have boots from Church, Hunters, etc 20 years plus and still fully functional. I have never had a pair of boots fail before. Dubarry are slippery, no customer service to speak of and just refer you to Clevor Cloggs. I'm going to have an article published in the shooting magazines. I'm sure Dubarry, will now head down hill as people start to realise how rubbish their product and customer service is. These boots should have lasted 20 years not 3!
