Please refund my card for order 69332 as per email last Thursday & no response. Maybe you can’t help the customs situation but you can sure as hell respond to customers reasonable requests when you clearly have no idea where my boots are. No excuses!

Same here folks. Whopping visa bill to pay and nothing to show for it. I placed my order on 1/1/2021. I have had a message from DPD but nothing has showed up. Also, no response from Dubarry when I messaged them. Rubbish customer service 😫😫

"Extremely disappointed.."
Extremely disappointed... I ordered my boots on 8th January and received an update finally on the 18th to let me know that they had been dispatched and would be with me on the 21st! 21st came and went and DPD are saying while they received notification of a parcel due to be coming to me they haven't received the actual parcel. Upon emailing Dubarry I have been passed off with generic copy and paste response and I am still no further along. Out of pocket with nothing to show apart from a high blood pressure! And to top it off I have since discovered that should they not fit or there be an issue if and when they arrive... the return option provided only insures the package up to £50! Not the service I would expect from such a high end well known brand.

I will never be ordering from the Dubarry website again and I'll be telling everyone I know to do the same.
Absolutely disgraceful. I am still waiting for delivery of a pair of boots I ordered on 3rd Jan (Order 69462). My money was taken very efficiently and since then I have an email to say my order was dispatched on the 6th Jan with a tracking number of '?'.
I have emailed to ask if I can have more tracking info and was told my parcel is travelling through the DPD network, with no response since it is now 23/01!
It is ridiculous for a 'luxury' brand to send such generic emails with no option of speaking to a real person.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service taking into account your selling boots at over £300 a piece.
Urgent response required.

"What an utter disgrace!"
Ordered on the 29th of December, money was taken on the 30th, but still no parcel!
Spoke to cs in the Netherlands and they told me that one of the items I had ordered went to someone else - but I have never received a refund for it. Furthermore I still don't know when that one missing item from my order is going to be despatched. If I hadn't called I'd still be unaware that one item was never going to be delivered, as my email from the 12th of January has never been answered.
A brand like yours should opperate differently! It's rather appalling how your customer service team is handling orders and customer queries. How can it be that items one pays for go to someone else? Are the people working for cs are out of their mind?! How can it be that one never gets informed?
I hope I'll get my refund and that one missing item soon, otherwise I'm going to solve that for you!
Really sick and tired with all this and your attitude. Not going to shop with you ever again. No customer service, money is taken instantly, orders are not processed properly..... A company like yours should provide top-notch service, but unfortunately that's not the case. Shame on you!

ordered pair of dubarry boots on 26/12/20 .... received email to confirm shipped on the 29/12/20.....emailed dubarry on the 15/01/21 for a update on delivery....received email with dpd ireland tracking number on......travelling through dpd network ( head office)12/01/21 and 13/01/21...... no more updates as of todays date 21/01/21......emailed dubarry on the 19//01/21 to ask why no movement from the 13/01/21....... no reply from dubarry.
very disappointed with the time it is taking for the delivery......sorry for the 1 star .......but whos to blame.......not me,,,,,my money was taken when i ordered.....please could you chase my order up,,,,,,,UPDATE,,,,,,, received my order 02/02/21 thank you dubarry in these hard times, dubarry seems to have changed delivery company, maybe due to brext duties and additional fees from original delivery company,,,, changed to 3 stars for my review now,,, on completion of my order, 2 stars lost due to timescale of my delivery

My husband bought me a pair of Dubarry boots for Christmas however I needed the wider fitting ones. These boots were returned on 28th December and received in Chipping Norton on 4th January. Despite numerous phone calls (unanswered) and emails I am still waiting for a reply and an acknowledgment. This is not what you would expect from a luxury brand. VERY POOR

Some advice for the everyone on this thread - if you are having trouble getting a response from the company then go straight to the top. I emailed the MD on Monday and my boots arrived yesterday. A fantastic product well worth the wait.

Ordered a pair of Clare Country boots for my daughter's birthday (15th Jan) on the 6th Jan, confirmation said UK & I standard delivery, its now the 21st January. I am quite understanding of the challenges Brexit and COVID present to companies but for a luxury brand such as Dubarry not to have an open Customer Service department and not to respond to emails is not acceptable. I have paid £349 gross and now 15 days on have had nothing but the original confirmation. I have ordered other items from other EU suppliers and not had this deafening silence.
