"Laughable customer service!!!"

Made an order at the end of December 2020 with a confirmed order and DPD dispatch note on the 30/12. Almost 3 weeks down the line, no boots and 9 demands from DPD of £81.56 for import duties otherwise parcel will be sent back to sender.

Dubarry Ireland are saying send all corresponding e-mails to their UK distribution office which is shut and apparently working remotely but have been given no reply. They are adamant all duty has been paid & DPD should not be sending out these e-mails. I've then been told to pay the £81.56 import duty which Dubarry are saying verbally they will refund but will not send anything in writing to confirm.
As this was a belated Christmas present it's becoming quite embarrassing now!!!

Absolute shambles of service considering the value and prestige of the brand.

"Buyers beware!"

Awful customer service, buyers beware!

Order placed on Boxing Day, a considerable purchase as you would expect, Friday 15th January and still no order received? Called on 6th January to be told DPD would deliver it within a day or so, still no delivery.

Emailed on multiple occasions but with no response, called again but the automated response now says there’s nobody to talk to and only to email.

Dubarry, really???? Premium brand, really???

"Order not received & update"

***Update*** - a month after ordering my boots I am still yet to receive them. Two emails received from Dubarry, one email from them explaining there is a delay with customs in Ireland (only received after my trust pilot review) and another generic email from the managing director of Dubarry admitting their service has not been good enough recently. I am now receiving emails, text messages and phone calls from DPD requesting import duty to be paid on my order - totally disgusted with the service from Dubarry. No mention of any import duty was made at any point during ordering.

Boots ordered on 28th Dec, confirmation email from Dubarry sent that day then another email on 30th to say status of order changed to ‘shipped’ and to track through DPD, however no tracking number and DPD know nothing of the order.
That’s where all communication from Dubarry ended. I’ve tried contacting them following their outlined procedures on their website but no reply. Seems that other people have had the same problem, has it been resolved for you?

"Items not received and no reply from Dubarry"

I received an email from Dubarry saying my boots would be delivered 7th Jan. Nothing received as yet and DPD confirm parcel still not received from Dubarry. I have emailed repeatedly and posted on Twitter and Facebook but no reply from Dubarry, can someone PLEASE respond to me from Dubarry?

"Not received refund for items returned…"

Not received refund for items returned 1 month ago. Unable to contact Dubarry despite 3 emails no reply and phones not working. Requested refund through credit card company now.

"Quality and craftsmanship second to none!!"

I have several Dubbary items and love them all. My Galway boots were bought in 2010 and they almost look as good as the day I bought them. I’m a lover of country brands and in truth, the quality and craftsmanship of Dubarry is second to none!

"Gore-tex jacket"

Pre-Lockdown I visited the Dubarry shop as I wanted the Castlehyde shooting jacket but was unsure on which size to purchase. The girls were really helpful and thankfully had my size in stock (I'm usually a 8-10 and found the 10 (36) to be a better fit).
I love it- it's warm but not too bulky, slightly longer at the back (which I wanted) and also looks great off the field!

"Great experience, great products, friendly and helpful people"

I’ve read a few of the below and I must say I could not disagree more.

The staff were very knowledgeable when I visited the shop and were extremely helpful and respectful of the Covid laws we were living in at the time.

Along with a jacket for my girlfriend, I walked out spending £200 more than expected on some brilliant Antrim Goretex lined Chelsea boots due to the staff’s help.

Great experience, great products, friendly and helpful people.

"Quality and price do not match"

Quality and price do not match. Coat looses filling through the seams and rips easily. I expected to enjoy the coat for a couple of years, turns out to be 5 times. What a waste of money.

"Poor customer service"

I ordered three items from Dubarry on the 27th of November. Two items were received on the 3rd of December but one was the wrong size (size 42 instead or the ordered size 38) so had to be sent back. The third item still hasn't been received (its now the 9th of January). I contacted customer service on the 9th of December, and was assured that the item was going to be dispatched on the 11th of December. I still haven't received the item and I am getting no response now to my emails. I have since asked for a refund but no response yet. Very poor customer service and poor communication.
