"Hopeless"
Dubarry are happy to take your money and tell you that your order has been despatched. DPD tells you that the order will be delivered but 4 days later tracking shows that they haven't even received it from Dubarry. Emails to Dubarry go unanswered. Refund agreed back in January but only issued 6 weeks later, and only after I had approached my credit card company to ask them to intervene. I will not be buying from Dubarry again.

"The worst customer service I have ever experienced."
I’m so disappointed with the quality of my Dubarry Galway Boots that haven’t even lasted me 2 years. I got in contact with them & sent them photos of my boots but was told I haven’t looked after them well. I completely disagreed with this statement & even used the boot cream they recommended. Was then told I was given the wrong cream to use. I was then told I can have 25% off a new pair. Why on earth would I spend money on a new pair when they don’t even last.
I’m just so upset as I wanted these boots for a long time & expected them to last me for years.
Please don’t waste your money!

"Very poor"
Very poor. Boots not received due to brexit issues, despite various promises I have still not received a refund nearly two weeks after first complaint. It seems the only way I can get a reaction is by posting on social media. My family have bought from Dubarry for many years but sadly I think this is the last time. Brexit issues aside, this has not been dealt with correctly or respectfully.

"Where are my boots Dubarry?"
No response following emails as requested. Money left account but still no sign of boots, no indication of delivery date from Dubarry or DPD. Supposed to have been shipped 18 days ago. Appreciate the unexpected arrival of Brexit and disruption of Covid but not responding to emails other than cut n paste is unacceptable. Now can also see that I may get an additional charge from DPD according to other customers with no support or quick response from customer service. Very disappointed.
*Update* received an email stating delivery 25th Jan. Still no sign of the boots. On DPD tracking they have still not received the parcel. What is going on?

"Now very happy"
Following my previous review about the import charges I have now received both my boots and an instantaneous refund from Dubarry. The boots , which are the first pair I have owned were bought as a cost effective way of replacing the need to buy a pair of rubber wellies every year from another supposedly reputable company, because they split!
I am more than pleased with the Dubarry boots. Have road tested them on muddy dog walks and they are comfortable. waterproof and easily cleaned. Also very pleased that Dubarry managed to sort out the DPD/ UK customs mess and refunded me the duty. Credit where it is due, take back all I said!

I am having the same experience with Dubarry. I have sent emails about my boots which I ordered on 27 December and due to import charges have been stuck in DPD transit. Have asked for a refund and not getting any meaningful information from Dubarry. Have asked for a refund and heard nothing. Completely unacceptable service given the price of the goods.

Bought pair of boots online from dubarry the were too small so sent them straight back via recorded delivery ... boots arrived and signed for by dubarry and 10 days later still no refund and I get fobbed off with ah it’s the covid ... I went the same week and bought another pair out the saddlery so I’m 800 quid down and it’s left me with no money this week if I’d a known I wouldn’t have got the refund straight away I would have waited to get the other pair but thought being a high class company I wouldn’t have to wait this long ... I’ve been telling them for 5 days I need the refund and they don’t care I’m so disappointed tbh I wanted a pair of these boots for years as I’ve always bought togi and Dublin boots and just thought more of this brand tbh sickening and only u e wore the boots now I’d a took them back too ... never again !!! Didn’t take them long to take the money 🤬

"Customer service is a disgraceful reflection on the brand."
Dubarry must have the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The level of service is a poor reflection on the brand. There clearly hasn’t been anyone working in their UK distribution since Christmas.
Having boot boots and a coat before Christmas for my partner, on 3rd January, I ordered 5 items of accessory and knitwear for his birthday. After, 5, 8, 10, 12, days where the order was still showing as ‘processing’ I phoned and emailed the company. No response. No one was answering phones apparently for over 2 weeks. No one responded to any emails. I sent a direct tweet - no response.
After 15 days, when the birthday had passed. I received a generic email response claiming the were awaiting stock for my boots. I didn’t order boots. The responder didn’t even bother to look at order or emails. Is this really a luxury brand. If this is the customer service, can you really have faith in the products any more?

Ordered December 30 still have no boots or confirmation of dispatch. No response from customer care and the monies have been deducted on the 30th. Poor service for such an expensive product

"Disgusting customer Service I ordered a pair of boots on the 13th…"
I ordered a pair of boots on the 13th of December, as a Christmas present from my husband. They were a bit snug so returned them and requested an exchange for a wide fit pair. They refunded the difference of £50 to my credit card and then waited for my exchange to arrange to arrive.... It never did.
So I have emailed every day, I received 1 email to say they were expecting stock before February so perhaps I would like a refund? To which I replied I would. And then nothing since, despite daily emails, they are holding onto over £300 of my money.
Dubarry I expected more. I understand delivery times may be slow, but please please please just give me my money back.
