"Absolutely horrible"

Absolutely horrible . Three hour wait and still no call. This is free with our terrible AvMed Insurance. Horrible health care for hard working people.

"Try resetting your password"

Try resetting your password. The link they send to reset your password just takes you to the homepage. Their automated system promises to reset your password, but just hangs up on you. There are no actual people to answer the phone! As far as I can tell, the company is run by a malfunctioning robot.

"Ridiculously long wait time. Should have just gone to an Urgent Care"

It has been over 3.5 hours since my “asap” video visit was confirmed. I have received multiple calls saying I should expect my provider to log on “as soon as possible” but nothing. I need antibiotics for a sinus infection…should have just gone to an urgent care. Would have been much less of a waste of time.

"They Suck"

They suck. They take your money up front for a first available appointment, then have you wait indefinitely without ever actually fulfilling your appointment. It is so horribly managed that it feels like a scam. What else do you call it when someone takes your money without providing you a promised service? These guys deserve negative stars. Not just zeroes, but negative stars. They suck and anyone who says different is paid to or has ulterior motives like the owner, etc.

"SCAM! MDLive is a SCAM!!"

SCAM!! MDLive is a scam! I waited for 8 hours on 12/30/21 for a call that was supposed to be within 3 hours. Never came. When I called them, they apologized and scheduled a call for 8:30 AM on 12/31/21. Never came. When I called them on 12/31/21 saying I never received the scheduled call, they said all they could do was put me back in the call rotation. Obviously, they were never going to call. They took my money up front, but never provided a service. Beware of this scam!!

"I went through the whole enrollment…"

I went through the whole enrollment process and paid my fee…THEN they informed me the wait time is over three hours!! Absurd!! What a scam.

"This is a scam. Do not use!"

This platform is unprofessional and does not actually have real doctors who will speak to you. I waited on two separate occasions to see a doctor. Both times I received a call from an automated system 2 times an hour to let me know that the wait time was increasing. Once my appointment time did arrive, the provider never showed up and the appointment ended. I was put back on the 3 hour wait list. I spoke to an actual person twice. The first person called to ask if I was still able to wait and speak to someone, I confirmed that I was. I was given no timeline at this point and had been waiting for over 7 hours. I received a call from the automatic system 2 hours later telling me that I had 2 minutes to log on. I did so immediately and again, the provider did not show. I called and spoke to someone and that person contradicted everything they said when I asked follow up questions. She scheduled me for another appointment and I immediately received a message that my video request could not be completed. I paid this platform up-front twice, and twice, I waited over 8 hours to speak to someone, only to not be seen at all. Do not use this platform.

"First time using this service"

First time using this service. They told me I would receive a call in two hours. They kept bombarding my phone every 30 minutes to tell me two more hours. After a 3 hour wait they changed the status to 60 minutes or less. It has been 5 hours and no call. Pretty disappointed. Will not be using this service again.

"If you don’t have the jab then don’t waste your time"

They said three hours before they called was 13, but they called every 30 minutes until midnight with a prerecorded message which is a pain. Then when they called the first question was if your vaccinated and that concluded the call. What a joke! Don’t waste your time, sure miss Cigna and thought I’d never say that.

"Joined the appointment 5 minutes prior…"

Joined the appointment 5 minutes prior to start, then video call started, I could see myself in the video and then 10 seconds later call ended and I received a message appointment is completed. Automated call said I missed my appointment and offered to talk to next available or to the original provider. I got 2 of the same calls and still no one called me back. I also messaged the provider through the portal that clearly something happened and I was disconnected from the session. No response and no response from customer service when I emailed them. Wasted 3 hours waiting to speak a provider and still did not get connected to anyone.
