"Abdominal Pain"

I was having abdominal pain and called MD live. After going through the registration and giving them my credit card information for secure payment they told me a doctor would contact me within 10 minute. After waiting by the phone for more than an hour I decided to call them back. Again, I went through the registration and then was transferred to a person who asked me if my pain was constant or coming and going. I told her it was a constant pain and she responded, " we can't help you if the pain is constant. What a colossal waste of my time. Why did I have to wait and then call back just to be told that? I was charged $55.00 on my bank account, we will see if that gets reversed, it better!

"I set up a virtual appointment with Dr…"

I set up a virtual appointment with Dr Jennifer Haley for dermatology, she was rude to pharmacy techs when they called her asking for more information in order to fill my prescription, she hung up the phone on them and never answered their calls again. After calling customer service many times no one was able to help me they were useless, they only told me they could not do anything about it and I had to wait for the Dr to reply to my messages to which she never replied. This caused me to get my prescription 1 week late, I was only able to get it after emailing them. Such a frustrating experience overall, customer service and the Dr were no help at all.

"Service was terrible"

Service was terrible. The system could not even identify how to route my call based on the state and my current location. Both times it paid for service and physicians could not help. One was the fact that they don’t treat any chronic conditions and the other they refuse to do preventative antibiotics us after a significant injury even though other in person health care professionals highly recommended. Both after care summarizers were blank.

"It's almost good, but not quite"

The person I spoke with was adequate. That is the best I can say about the site and service. I will use her one more time to determine which side of adequate she actually is. Worth speaking with again, or not.

First, the site is NOT User-friendly. Especially in the event you make a second appointment. Then it becomes terrible.

The telephone appointment was botched by MDLive as the call came in 10 minutes late. My professional told me this and had to call from her direct #. MDLive then continually called both of us repeatedly to 'start the call', which we were on for 15 minutes.

Investigate other online services or contact a local professional is my advice to you.

"UNRELIABLE SERVICE AND PROVIDER"

Scheduled an appt. with a Dr. Terra Caudill on March 21st. Answered a questionnaire on March 23, with an appt. scheduled for April 8, 2022. Dr. Caudill either never showed up or apparently has no command of the technology. She missed the appt. The MD Live people had no explanation for me whatsoever. VERY UNRELIABLE. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because it wouldn't let me leave zero.

"24/7 refers to the wait time, not availability"

6:38pm setup immediate appointment (child with illness) and said expected wait time 10minutes or less

1hr 45min later a scheduler calls and says they're behind (uh yeah) and says at 9:30pm she has a doctor who will call me. At 9:15pm, I get a text that says be ready for your call in 15min. At 9:32pm I get a call that says that doctor is no longer available, they'll have a scheduler contact me again.

It's 9:40pm...3 hours later...still no idea if/when I'll be able to speak with a doctor. 24/7 must refer to the wait time, not availability.

"0 stars if possible - Crooks"

0 stars if possible. Needed to see a dr for difficulty breathing due to a large amount of phlegm in lungs. Requested video appointment, got a phone call that lasted maybe 90 seconds. Told me to take mucinex. Was told it would be 10$ copay and then charged 82$ which is triple my primary care cost and double urgent care cost and was never really helped. Customer service afterward was worst I've ever experienced. Mdlive makes money by scamming people like me. They should be ashamed of themselves. Stay far away from these crooks.

Can't get a call except for the annoying reminders they are going to call. I don't know how they survive. It makes going to a clinic look like a piece of cake.

"I had a scheduled therapy call (not…"

I had a scheduled therapy call (not video) and the therapist never called and MDlive said she did call. I had a video visit with a different therapist and she was a waste of my time. I don’t understand why Cigna contracts with them especially since they have very few licensed therapist in my state. They have a lot of social workers but social workers are NOT therapist and should not be used in place of therapists. Taking my complaints to Cigna, though they problem won’t do anything either.
