"Friendly staff goes ABOVE & BEYOND"
I had a problem getting my account set up. The rep was super friendly. She not only set up my account… She went above and beyond and added a pharmacy that was not in the database so that I could use it. I was SO GLAD for this experience after being treated poorly by a well known competitor.
I used my medical insurance. The prices are reasonable. The doctor was quick and effective.
I will definitely use them again if needed.

"The doctor was an arrogant jerk just…"
The doctor was an arrogant jerk just like other people have said. This is the worst service. They read off a prompt and literally told me to Google my symptoms and that I was lazy!!! Unreal I will be disputing this charge on my credit card. They talked down to me so bad.

"Wish I could give less than a 1 star"
Wish I could give less than a 1 star. The Dr was an arrogant jerk, and didn't do as I asked. I wanted a refill of what I had last time, he refused and halved my prescription instead. I also explained the pharmacy to send it to 3 tines and he still sent it to the wrong location. Probably purposely to be even more of a jerk!

"So far this is one of the worst…"
So far this is one of the worst services I have ever used. All the one Doctor would tell me is to go to the ER. No, I called you instead of going to the ER.
And for Behavioral Health, they want you to stick with the first counselor you choose, even if you disagree with their counseling style, or they dont have availability for the next 3 weeks. You are still supposed to stick with them. They dont understand that people shouldn't have to stay with a counselor that isn't a good fit. Billing: the counselor canceled the appointment since I was still under the care, supposedly as I had one visit with the previous one and no one told me I had to stay with one, but she went ahead and charged me a no show fee, when I was there and she was the one who said she could not see me. WHAT A CROCK OF SHE-IT. I have contacted a supervisor who is going to reverse the no-show charge but I shouldn't have had to contact her.

"There just taking your money not really…"
There just taking your money not really concerned about the issues your having , quick to write a prescription any kind ,without even providing at home care..its worthless .
They rush you off the phone just getting paid .smh... terrible to represent healthcare like this.

"Avoid MD Live!"
This week I paid for an urgent care teleconference to get a prescription, if needed for COVID. The MDLive website says that the urgent care option is for cold, flu etc. Well, Covid is a virus, so I thought, sure, let's do that option. Plus, under that options it says they can write prescription. When I did hear from MD Live, the physician told me they don't do prescriptions, and that if I my symptoms worsened, then I should go to urgent care. Why would pay just to tell someone I tested positive for COVID!!!
Then today for another medical appointment, this time a videoconference, I r'cvd an email that told me to sign into my account, but I didn't get a link. I was unable to find a link under my account. When my appointment time came and I was unable to get into my appointment, they cancelled it! I had to reschedule for another time. While I was trying to get into my appointment, I r'cvd an email with from my yoga studio with a link to my virtual yoga class. My virtual yoga class was easier to access than my doctor's appointment!

"Dont change insurances."
Mdlive is good for things that are not severe emergencies like diarrhea, muscle pain, pink eye, etc. I used them about 4-5 times. I had a few complaints like the doctor having an attitude once, before i changed jobs. After i changed jobs it became impossible to update my insurance and they billed me as a cash payer after that ($82). I talked to multiple people and even if my insurance is legit thru my job they insisted on the cash payment. So its no longer worth using because of that.

"Dermatologist = useless, telehealth doctor = unavailable"
Tried to see a telehealth doctor for a rash that seemed to be getting worse. The itching was unbearable. The computer told me it would be 10 minutes until a provider was available for over 2 hours - I never saw anyone. I finally had to give up and try to sleep, but due to my work schedule, I knew it would be difficult to see a provider in person over the next 3-4 days. So I decided to try the dermatology service. After 2 days I got the diagnosis of an unspecified rash - that was why I sent the information to the doctor - to find out what the rash was. Then the doctor gave me medication for scabies which can cause a rash but did not fit my history and symptoms. The doctor even said that she didn't really think that's what it was, but the medication is harmless - so why not try it. She ended by telling me I needed to see an in-person doctor if it didn't work. The medication isn't harmless (it has some potentially nasty side effects and has been known to cause itching, which was already an issue for me). I personally don't take random medications on someone's guess anyway. I get that not everything can be diagnosed online. If it can't be done - don't make up diagnoses and give unnecessary medication to ensure everyone gets a treatment plan - just say that you need to see an in-person provider. I felt they were more interested in doing something to justify their fee than actually determining what is wrong with you or ensuring you get the care you need.
I did go to an in-person provider, got two totally different medications (for a contact dermatitis which was resistant to treatment), and told my pharmacy to cancel the scabies medication. The rash is resolving on the correct medication.

"AWFUL waste of money and time"
AWFUL waste of money and time. Created an appt for strep symptoms - which I’ve had many times before - very sore, swollen throat and lymph nodes and the “doctor” told me my symptoms didn’t meet their “symptom check criteria” and told me to use a netipot. Told me to alternate Tylenol and Motrin after if previously told him Advil isn’t working. I asked why my throat hurts so bad and is severely swollen and his response was “drainage.” But, told me I could always go get a strep test to make sure. 😑 Total waste of $84!!!!!!! Complete scam and I would never recommend them to anyone.

"Aside from all the tech issues with…"
Aside from all the tech issues with attempting to even utilize this service...the level of care you receive after jumping through all those hoops is abysmal.
The provider I spoke to had worse bedside manner than a potato (and potatoes being inanimate means...this is a very low bar of bedside manner to even aspire to).
He kept patronizingly "mansplaining" everything to me while actively talking over any answers I gave to his questions.
He also would ask and answer questions to provide a "diagnosis" that was neither grounded in my real experience and symptoms nor any level of empathy + care.
Ultimately, I hung up and said that I really haven't ever had a bad telehealth experience prior to this...because all other telehealth providers I've spoken to possessed the critical skill of active listening (and not talking over their patients).
Genuinely the worst telehealth service I've ever used, and I fully plan on just paying the extra amount of money to utilize Teladoc where I'm treated like a human being.
