"I don't trust them…"

I don't trust them because they took $29.95 out of my checking account without my authorization. I've never even heard of on top of it so needless to say I'm very upset about this. Now it says date of experience 9/01/2022 when I clearly stated it happened 9/02/2022. I will get a lawyer if money comes out of my account again without my authorization.

"I was 2 sessions into working with a…"

I was 2 sessions into working with a counselor. They had to reschedule with me on very short notice and sent me an appt time that didnt work for me so I sent a different appointment request back and they didnt reply in time so I sent yet another one and then just never heard from them again. So inconvenient to be able to receive message from providers and not be able to reply. What was even more disappointing was that another counselor wasn't available for weeks. It's discouraging for sure.

"Lack of communication is a dealbreak for remote appointments"

The inability to directly contact doctors has been a serious issue for me. And if you want to find a therapist, it's not necessarily possible to create a regular, recurring appointment with them. The convenience is nice, but patients lose the ability to have more contact with doctors. After a few bad experiences trying to communicate with mental health professionals, I've decide I'm no longer going to use MDLive for remote appointments. I'll use MDLive to make in-person appointments and get office contact info, but nothing else.

"DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME"

My insurer is Cigna. They have the option to use MDLive. You have to pay $55 for a phone consultation FIRST before you are even assigned to a doctor. I uploaded a photo of my swollen foot and needed a prescription. They assigned Dr Utibe (with a 2-star review on google). Utibe told me that I did not need a prescription and should take an alleve or go to Urgent Care for assistance. He was so rude and dismissive that I was stunned. He then "closed" my case so that there would not be any follow-up. After I complained, they assigned another dr @8:30 at night. Please keep in mind that I had been in pain all day and was desperate for a prescription to reduce the swelling and the pain. I already gave them all of my medical information and uploaded a photo of my foot. All I needed (and actually begged for) was a prescription. It is a ridiculous and time-consuming process. You will die waiting for help. You are better off in an ER. The ER wait may be awful, but it is far worse to be in continuous pain without any resolution. Cigna was of absolutely no assistance in sorting this out and still offers MDLive as a suitable alternative.

"The Dr I got was the worse sarcastic Dr…"

The Dr I got was the worse sarcastic Dr, wish I had her name. Please save your money and use any other source then this one. I don’t complaint much at all but This Dr set me on fire. Once I get her name I will post it. “Again save your money and, time they are worse less. Read reviews this is real I don’t need a sarcastic Doctor that just giggles when you are feeling bad and recommends Tylenol. “Not professional”

"Can not recommend to anyone."

I called to make an appointment because my primary care physician was booked until the next day. The automated system called me and said the call was dropped I expected the DR to call back or have a reconnect feature. But instead, he marked me as a no show so I had to call back and restart the whole process it has been an hour and I still have not spoken to someone after the que time says ten minutes. This company has the inability to set proper expectations and is just out here for the money you are better off going to urgent care.

"Worst services ever!!"

Worst services ever!!! DO NOT USE! First I called and asked if they took my insurance. They assured me that they my insurance was good! Then I get a charge on my credit card for the charge. In addition the tele doctor was terrible. After the consultation he told me that he was not allowed to prescribe anything and that I had to go to a acute center to that with a real doctor!!! WT...!! Terrible waste of time

"Horrible md live dermatology"

Horrible! Don’t use MD LIVE Dermatology. You take pictures and they get back to you in a week. Nightmare and you never talk to a dermatologist. They just write a service plan.

"Useless Service Neighbors Give Better Advice for Free"

Waste of time. Takes your money. Takes forever. Doctors too timid to write even for basic antibiotic, Will tell you to see your doctor while stealing your time and money.Gives Telehealth a bad name. Owned by Cigna. They should be ashamed.
