"Don’t bother with the dermatology appointments"
Paid $20 for a dermatology visit online, explaining that as a female, I’ve had sudden, corse hair growth along chin line, even submitted pictures of the areas (as required). I am a female, I pluck the hairs out like most women would because I clearly do not want black hair on my face. I get a response that I gave no history and they don’t see hairs, but here’s a topical cream for acne (that is $70 by the way). I literally explained how it’s been sudden, I have never had this before and that I pluck the hairs out. Tell me how a $70 cream for acne (which I don’t have) is going to help that? Waste of money. And to top it off, I keep getting emails and texts to open my treatment plan. I ALREADY DID. Stop with the obscene message reminders.

"This company should be shut down for…"
This company should be shut down for endangering public safety. I tested positive for Covid today and I have #BCBS which offers telemedicine through MDLive. I called to get the antiviral medication as I have asthma. They said they don't deal with Covid and to go into an in-Person center ! While I am infectious ! They should be invested by NJ and nationally if possible.

"Terrible, frustrating experience and a waste of money."
I have an existing prescription for insulin as a type 1 diabetic. My health insurance switched up as I changed jobs. As my rx expired I figured I could call these guys as it literally says they can refill prescriptions on their website. Doctor told me "go to the ER that's all I can do". Terrible, frustrating experience and a waste of money.

"A waste of time and money."
A waste of time and money.
All info was entered before my appointment. I explained my symptoms thoroughly in the questionnaire. Doctor accepted my appointment, for which I waited nearly an hour (despite website saying 20 minute wait time). I explained symptoms to the doctor after her multiple questions, all of which were answered in the questionnaire. Questioned me about weekend social alcohol consumption from 25 years ago, as though that’s the issue today. Her solution - no meds, go to the ER. If I go to the ER with this symptom (which I’ve had for a year), they are going to look at me like I’m crazy. I know exactly what is wrong. It’s H. pylori. Another doctor already told me she thinks the same thing. This doctor said it’s probably that but she thinks I should go to the ER immediately. The diagnosis report at the end said “GERD.” Lol. I do not have GERD. It’s just a joke. If she knew she couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help, she should not have taken the appointment just to tell me to go to the ER.

"Less than 1 star"
Save your money and sanity. Don't waste your time. They are not helpful. They are not friendly. When you call customer service for help because they made a mistake and did not send prescription to pharmacy we were told that I did not call in the 48 hour window therefore I would have to make a new appointment and give them more money. They are a joke and if I could rate less stars I would.

"Don't waste your time or money"
I was told from the md live people that I could set up and appointment for medication refills. When I set up the appointment the doctor called and scheduled time and agreed to send in my prescription for my asthma inhaler. The pharmacy needed verification with the md live people and the md live people said that they could not let the pharmacy speak with the prescribing doctor. long story short - after a month I still have no prescription. When I called md live to get this resolved they said that although I paid for my first visit I would have to pay again for another visit to see if they could resolve the issue. In other words they can not help but they do not mind setting up more appointments and taking more money from me.

"disastrous experience"
The queue is very long. Their estimation of the wait time is always inaccurate. At 1 pm, I was told someone would meet me in 30 minutes. I waited for 2 hours and still haven't seen any doctors. Finally, they got me an appointment at 7 pm. At around 6:50, I logged in a few minutes early to be prepared. When the time came, the system crashed and wouldn't let me in. When I finally got in, I was told that "I missed my appointment" but ONLY FIVE MINUTES have passed. Now I am in a queue again waiting for another doctor to see me. THANK YOU MDLIVE FOR WASTING MY WHOLE DAY

"Will not use again"
Paid the fee. Filled out all questions and uploaded photos for a dermatologist visit. 72 hours no answers. Email their customer service and get told i have to call. Called them and the lady acted like she had no idea what she was doing. Kept saying uh uh uh uh. I told her i had already paid and completed it all though there is no record on my profile. She would not listen to me at all.

"MD Live stands for MD wait and wait and…"
MD Live stands for MD wait and wait and wait. Says 30 minutes or less and have been waiting over 90 minutes so far and still waiting. At least tell us from beginning that it could be over 90 minutes. Not to happy about this experience. And I'm still waiting.
