"Provider Not Available"
I had a scheduled telephone medical appointment. Got an automated call when my appointment was supposed to happen, it said my provider was not available. I chose the menu item to speak with a customer service representative to get rescheduled with first available provider. Then the line disconnected. It has been about an hour, no call back yet, and my local walk-in clinic will now be closed before I can get there. Out of 3 attempts my family has made to use MDLIVE, only one has been successful. Very disappointing. I'm considering leaving Medi-Share over this.

"Love this service!"
I have used MDLive for 3-4 times over the last 4 years. It is available to employees from my employer. I absolutely love this service. It’s so nice to have immediate access to a doctor for minor illnesses. Used them today for a bladder infection. Talked to a doctor at 7:30am and had my medication by 9:00am. Thank you so much for this wonderful service! The doctors are very nice and quick. I will definitely use MDLive next time I need to see a doctor quickly from the comfort of my couch.

"Absolutely awful"
Absolutely awful! Never saw a doctor. Tried online set up and it landed on a dead end page. Tried over the phone and intake person was terrible, so I asked for supervisor 5 times. When she finally transfered me I was on hold for over an hour.

"Terrible service, You don't even talk to a Doctor"
This is a terrible service and a total scam. You never end up talking to a doctor. They bait you with their promises the doctor will be there shortly and switch the entire sinerio when almost 24 hours later the doctor never calls. Do these scammers really have actual doctors? I wish 0 stars was an option! Even if the service paid you it wouldn't be worth it.
The 1st time I called I started the process at 2 AM at almost 6 I got a computer call saying I couldn't be serviced. NOT HAPPY! I called an actual person and was told there was nobody available who took my insurance. They gave me the option of staying in line and when one became available during the day that I would be called. Nothing. I called back at 9 PM and found out my ticket was cancelled. Another lie. So I started the process again. A little after 12 AM...2 more hours will be 24 hours I will have literally been waiting to talk to a doctor...I was called AGAIN and told there were no doctors for me. I wasted an entire day of my life, I still feel bad, and I found out this service I thought I would find really useful is a total SCAM!!! Don't get involved with them. I'm going to call my insurance because not one thing they said would happen did. I'm not even sure I should have given them my personal information. In almost 24 hours they cannot find one single person to help me...REALLY???? Something strange there. Don't waste your time and beware they don't deliver what they promise! Also think before you share personal information with fraudulent people that can't deliver what their company promises to do.
Before I get a little grey box asking me to contact them I already did after night 1 and they responded through the nice girl talking to me promising things would be better and night 2 the same thing!

"Worthless service, Avoid even if free!"
Worthless service. First, they couldn't determine which service to select. I needed a temp PCP after a move to refill my medication, but also have covid. Apparently their doctor's cant process both in a single call.
So I say, hey, I'll go to a urgent care for covid and handle the medication mgmt via mdlive. I schedule the appointment, and the next day, 15 min prior they send me a text saying they would call in 15min at the appointed time. 30 minutes go by, so I reach out to their website chat support.
Apparently they cancelled my service because they wanted to upsell me to a therapist(additional $155) which I did not need. Additionally, they told me to run through the questions and process I went through 2 days earlier, then wait an additional 2 days to see yet another doctor, possibly. All without every reaching out to me in the first place. Had I not called them, I would have never known.
I have this service through my insurance provider, Cigna, but I can assure you I will never use it again.

"Terrible provider"
Terrible provider! I was working with a behavioral health provider and although my health insurance covered this service, MDLive tried to get my credit card information so that they could charge me (I am guessing that they wanted to charge me in addition to charging my insurance company). They claimed that I was not covered; multiple calls to them - and hours of wasted time - still did not get the issue resolved. The customer service is HORRIBLE! Do not use these people.

"Service Administration; Provider"
Service Administration: They have no knowledge of the insurance regulations - insisting that a minor child (16 yo) needed to create the account to log in; refused to enable parent to do this since parent was not the subscriber. Wound not register the State correctly, and continuously defaulted to the wrong State (hence, impossible to get a licensed provider for the correct State)
Service: After workaround and multiple attempts, eventually had the 'workaround' enable a log in. Confirmed by system that my microphone and camera were working. the system and a 'DO' logged in. Camera was pointing toward the ceiling, claimed he could not
'hear' - sounded like he was clicking on his keyboard. Eventually, time expired without any care rendered. Charged my credit card, likely submitted a claim to insurance carrier.
Should SHUT this telehealth provider system down.

"Nurse lines are better"
I scheduled an appointment for my son to discuss a possible wart or corn on his foot. Treatment is different for each condition, so I needed confirmation. The entire phone call lasted 2 minutes (including the warning about being recorded being repeated twice), and the doctor didn’t even look at the photos that were sent in. She seemed surprised that the call wasn’t for myself, even though I scheduled a pediatric visit. The whole call was so short. I feel that it was not very thorough. The notes posted to the account after the appointment didn’t even have anything written, even the diagnosis was blank. Honestly, we will probably never call again. I feel a nurse line is more helpful. They spend more time with you asking questions and that call is free. The doctor didn’t even explain what caused the issue or if there is anything we can do for prevention. I do not feel that call was worth the $55 spent. I will say that the wait was short and accurate timing though.
